The loud sound of bells above the door ring through the room, as piles and piles of customers strolled through the doors. Each time the door opened the cold winter air would run down my spine, my hairs standing up on the back of my neck as I work at the counter.

(I'm going to show some ideas of the outfits you can wear, you don't have to wear them but they're just some ideas, sorry if they're a bit modern..)

"See You Next time Mrs Bishop, hope you have a nice anniversary" I tell Mrs Bishop as She collects her potions from the counter

"See You Next time Mrs Bishop, hope you have a nice anniversary" I tell Mrs Bishop as She collects her potions from the counter."Thankyou dearest" her croaky voice replies before she slowly hobbles out of the shop.

"Next!"
A Little Boy, about 7 years old, walks up to the counter and reaches up on his tip-toes, placing down a galleon on the counter."Could I have one Wiggenweld potion please miss?" He said softly as I have to lean over the counter to see him.

"How old are you sweetheart?" he looks up at me.

"Six, miss" he replies as I look down at him.

"I'm sorry sweetie, but I can't sell you a wiggenweld potion until you're at least 10" I say to him. "Who is it for?"

"My mother..she's very sick and can't get out of bed.." he begins to look at the ground sadly and play with his fingers.

I feel a pang of guilt and pain in my heart as I feel myself get emotional.

"And you came all the way here by yourself?"

He nods at me slowly, tears forming in his eyes.I sigh before looking around to see if my boss was anywhere near.

"I'll tell you what, I'll give you two wiggenweld potions for now, but next time make sure you bring a note from your mother, okay?" I ask him as he nods happily .

"Here you go" I hear his little voice peep up as the galleon is given to me.

"That's not quite enough- oh well, I'll cover it okay?" I say as I give him the wiggenwelds . I lean over the counter and ruffle his hair as he giggles softly.

"Thank you miss!" He says as be grabs the potions and begins to skip off.

"Don't forget the note next time!" I shout chuckling at the little boy as he rushes out of the shop, eager to get home to his mother.

"Miss Grande!" I hear my boss shout as I flinch, knowing what is coming.

"Yes sir?" Nervously, I turn my head to see Mr Pippin.

"I told you! You can't be giving out wiggenwelds to little boys, and covering their bill! For that you will be locking up tonight" he walks off as I sigh, tired of today. I hang my head writing down some notes before shouting the next person.

"Next.." I sigh as a tall, man walks forward towards the counter.

"Last customer" I sigh to myself as I continue to look down.
