After 1 week of Dave's absence. Adam shifted his stuff to Dave's apartment and settled there. It was cozy in there and called Ava on her phone and gave her the address and told her to come by, she said that she can't come as she was grounded so he said that it's no problems and ended the call. As he was settling himself he found a picture album. In it there were pictures of Mortica and Dave. Adam saw all the pictures of them and how happy they were. As he checked under the bed. There was a diary of both of them with pictures, their feelings, their moments. Adam felt sad and called everyone to his new apartment to look at them. After half an hour, they all came. It was raining outside. The lights went out. It was darkness around them. They opened the window and started looking at the pictures with the pleasant sound of the rain and laughing on smiling on those pictures seeing how happy they both were. There were more than 5 picture albums with more than 100 in them. It took them 3 hours reading and watching. Jennie said. He must've left that stuff on purpose. The rain stopped and all went their home as Adam had gone to his father's home to check up on them. As he reached there, he saw 3 police cars outside his house and yellow tape on the gate and on the windows. He quickly ran towards an officer. She said that there has been a murder in this house. He asked the name of the person who was killed. The officer said "Melissa Smith". He got paralysed for a second and asked where is my father. She said, I am sorry, who? He asked Michael Smith. Where is he? The officer asked Adam that he's the son of Michael Smith. He agreed but then got an insane news. The officer said that Michael Smith died 8 years ago and today his wife on the same date. February 27, 2019. Adam's life turned upside down and tried to see her mother but they weren't letting him go inside as it was crime scene so he stood outside and when they took the body outside the house and when Adam saw the face. His eyes turned watery in an instinct, he couldn't believe what he had saw. His eyes turned watery and he started crying and walked away from the body and sat in his mother's car and cried and screamed "WHY US?" He opened the dashboard of the car and looked at the picture of his family. He noticed something that once in that picture. There were 4 people. Now it's 3. Where did the father had gone He asked himself this as he saw him, talked to him, touched his hand. Now where is he? He realised that his dad is dead and the person he saw was nobody. It was just his trauma. His father used to slap his mother and used to beat her. As he was a minor he couldn't stop him from doing so. As he grew older he stopped an imaginary person who didn't exist at that time and the mother used to sleepwalk and look for her husband. She used to hit herself on her face and used to claim that her husband hit her. Adam got confused and got insane for a while. Jake and friends helped him and got him out of his trauma. He started reliving his life until one day. Jake got a knock on his door. When he opened it. He saw Mortica with a gun in her hand and was aiming on Jake's head. He got shocked when he saw her alive. She said "Wake Up" and shot her. Jake woke up from his dream
