MIDNIGHT's Sam is becoming a huge topic lately, and the reason for it might shock you a little bit!
Recently, pre-debut pictures of Sam's teen life has resurfaced on the internet and gone viral; these pictures as shown below, seemed to look like Sam, and this mysterious women, have a strong relationship, with romantic interest with one another.

It is no shock to say that fans are shocked and curious to know what these pictures mean and what Sam is hiding from them; and even though these pictures only went viral two days ago, we have quickly gotten a statement from the idol herself when she released this hand-written letter on her instagram;
Dear NIGHTLIGHTs,
I am writing this letter to comment on the recent pictures of me that have resurfaced on the internet, and to stop people from spreading misinformation and rumours about me.
Due to my love, respect, admiration and appreciation to my beloved fans, I am here to state that the women in those pictures was my first ever girlfriend, as well as my first love. We have dated for a couple months during my high school days but we decided together that we would be better of as friends.
So, to conclude this letter, I am coming out as bisexual — and to those who don't know what that means, it basically means I like men and women, and I'm a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and I couldn't be happier.
I hope that my fans would accept me for who I am, support me as always and love me for the person they know me as instead of the person who just came out as bisexual.
