The scene opens on a Colosseum, where Link, Zelda, and Midna are inside with the gateway to the Twilight Realm and The Mirror of Light.

Before Midna could leave, She wanted to say her goodbyes to The Hero and The Princess.
Midna: Well... I guess this is farewell, huh? Light and Shadow can't mix, as we all know. But... Never forget that there's another world bound to this one.
Zelda: *Explains Dismissively* Shadow and Light are two sides of the same coin... One cannot exist without the other.
The camera slowly zooms out on the three while Zelda continues to speak.
Zelda: I know now the reason the goddesses left the Mirror of Twilight in this world... They left it because it was their design that we should meet. Yes... That is what I believe.
Midna looks down for a little bit, then turns her attention to Zelda in acknowledgement.
Midna: Zelda... Your words are kind, and your heart is true. If all in Hyrule are like you... Then maybe you'll do all right😌.
Midna walks into position to get ready for heading back home; The wind pushes on Zelda hair and staircase forms in front of Midna. Before walking up, She turns her attention to Link and thanks him.
Midna: Thank you... Well, the princess spoke truly: as long as that mirror's around, we could meet again...
Midna: *Sheds Tear* Link...
The tear that Midna made forms in a tiny ball of light.
Midna: *Pushes Tear* I...
The camera shows the floating tear drifting along in the air.
Midna: See you later...😌.
The tear makes collision with the mirror, causing it to make crack lines. Link and Zelda looks at the Mirror in shock; Link turns to Midna as she runs up the stairs and turns to them, having herself to smile at them. She begins to slowly fade away as the mirror sends her back, causing it to combust into traces of light particles. Link and Zelda couldn't believe of what just happened.
*Later*
After they've witnessed The Mirror of Light being destroyed, they left the Colosseum and went outside. They still couldn't believe that Midna would destroy the mirror; All Zelda could do was sigh.
Zelda: I still don't understand on why she'd do that, I guess we'll never know😞.
Link was about to call upon his horse, but he started to feel a little lightheaded and fell on the ground, unconscious.
