"Can you guys stop glaring at each other?!" I pleaded.

Senti's transparent form and Bronya broke their eye contact to glare at me, then continued the silent war.

I turned to Fu Hua, who was back in control of the body. "Why do they hate each other so much??"

"Their personalities... clash. Also, Senti did cause a lot of trouble for everyone back when she first appeared." Fu Hua hesitated as she spoke.

"So all the things Bronya mentioned she actually did?"

"Yes, but thats a story for another time. You said you were looking for a village said to be protected by a guardian since the previous era?"

I nodded in affirmation.

"Well..."

Bronya broke the war between her and Senti, shooting a glance at Fu Hua "Just tell her, Fu Hua. She should know now, before this gets too complicated."

Fu Hua took a deep breath, her eyes flashing with something that resembled fear, then spat out the words.

"I might know something."
