New Year New Relationships

Toby's POV

The start of a new year has officially begun! There's no school today, there's snow outside so me and my friends decided that we were going to go sleigh riding while the adults go on a holiday.
My parents, Lita's Mom, Josh's parents, Maya's parents and Mercedes and Trent are gone for a couple of days. Tori and Trina are with their friends for the day! Me, Lita, Maya, Alice, Josh, Will, Tyler, Carmen and Zack are going sleigh riding! Will is gonna drive us to the snow mountains since he is 19 and has his license. We're currently gathered at Josh's house getting ready to leave.

"Oh boy! I can't wait to go sleigh riding!" Maya excitedly said.

"Yeah, this will be my first time going." I said.

"Mine too. I've always wanted to know what it was like." Lita said.

"Well I think you guys are in for a real treat!" Will said while lacing his boots.

"Has any of us ever went snow sleighing before?" I looked around at everyone.

"Yeah I did when I was four years old." Will explained. "Mom was pregnant with Josh and Tyler wasn't born yet."

"My grandpa took my Dad once when he was a kid." Maya explained.

"Man this is so cool that all of us are hanging out with each other!" I exclaimed.

"Yeah, it almost feel like we all grew up together." Zack laughed.

"Well some of us actually did." Carmen giggled.

"Well I say that we're a growing family, how bout it?" Will smiled.

"Totally!" I said.

"You bet!" Lita's eyes lit up.

The doorbell rung and Will went to go get it. He opened the door to reveal a girl with long black hair and blue eyes.

"Babe you finally made it." Will said.

She walked in and Will gave her a kiss on the cheek. Me and Lita exchanged looked.

"Guys, this is my girlfriend Natalie. Natalie these are my friends. This is Maya, Alice, Toby, Lita, Carmen, and Zack." Will pointed at us one by one.

"Hi it's nice to meet you all." She smiled.

"You too." I said.

"Now, are you guys ready to go?" Will glared at all of us.

"Yeah!" We all agreed.

One by one we all walked out the door. It was freezing outside! Lita grabbed onto my arm and she was shivering.

"Brr, it's freezing out here." She laughed.

"Tell me about it! Good thing I have on extra socks." Josh said.

"So Lita, when is the wedding for Mercedes and Trent gonna be?" Maya asked.

"Hmm, I don't think they made a decision yet. But hopefully soon though." Lita smiled.

"I'm so happy for those two!" Maya said.

Will unlocked the door to the van that we were gonna travel in and we all climbed in. Me and Lita sat with each other, Maya and Josh sat with each other, Tyler and Carmen sat with each other and Alice and Zack sat with each other. Will was driving and Natalie was on the passenger side. The van finally pulled out of the driveway and on the road. We all laughed and sang songs on the road.

We finally arrived at the snow mountains, it's one in the afternoon and the temperature is 39 degrees. The snow was so white and pretty it almost felt like I was in winter wonderland. We all stayed in a cabin together us boys shared one room and the girls shared another right across the hall. The room had wooded walls, a red carpet, fireplace, a television set and two bunk beds on one end of the room and a single bed on the other side with two huge windows on the left and right side of the room.
