Chapter 12: I didnt know until...

Emily's Pov

I wake up to great day. I get out of bed, but my phone started ringing. I pick it up and it's Alison.

Emily - hello

Alison - hey so about the carnival

Emily - nope nope we need to tell the girls about what happened to us and we can't skip school now

Alison - I was hoping you weren't going to say that

Emily - well find yourself a beautiful outfit and I'll pick you up

Alison - really?

Emily - hey friends pick other friends up right

Alison - yeah of course... I just thought.... Whatever.. Why the hell not. See you then.

I hang up and quickly and text Julia to get ready to get picked up. I get ready and head out the door to Julia's house first.

I get to her house and walk up her steps. I ring the door bell and Julianna quickly runs out and walks right past me.

I turn around confused. "Are you ok," I ask.

"Oh so great," she says happily

What a lie. I hop in my car and Julia sits in the back behind me.

I turn around and look at Julia. "Ok why are you mad at me babe. Sit in the front with me," I smile.

"I like it back here it's safer," she mumbles and I sigh and drive to Alison's.

When I get there I see Alison on her porch running over and she jumps in the car.

"Hey Em," she smiles.

"Hey.... So are we picking up Spencer," I question.

"I told her to have Hanna drive her. She takes almost forever which is not like here," Ali explains.

"Let's go," Julia yells and I look behind shocked.

"Are you ok," Ali asks Julia with concern.

"Perfect. Now come on," Julia forcefully pushes.

"Why are you lying to me," Ali shot back.

"I'm not," Julia didn't even make contact with Ali.

"Your lying because your not making eye contact with me. Then what are you angry about," Ali shouts.

"No big deal my girlfriend and my best hooking up. That's perfect," Julia yells and quickly get out of the car.

Ali and I both get out of the car.

"Julianna what are you talking about," I ask a we bit scared.

"At the lake you guys were hugging and the worst part you were half naked explain that to me," Julia yells as tear threaten to come down.

"Julianna we weren't hooking up. Emily saw me sad and she wanted to me to be happy again so she offered to go swimming. We didn't have a swim suit so we decided to go in out underwear and bra," Alison explains.

"Explain the hugging," Julia crosses her arm looking at me.

"Alison's foot got stuck under the rock and she almost drowned and so I saved her and she was happy that she was alive she hugged me to thank me for saving her. Julianna I would never cheat on you," I explain now as I step closer to her.

"You didn't say it," Julia whispers as a tear goes down her cheek.

"What are you talking about," I ask confused.
