Chapter 14: Secret Feelings

Alison's Pov

In the middle of the night I hear someone throwing pebbles at my window. I get out of bed wondering who in the world is throwing pebbles at my window. I look out and Julia is waving to me. My eyes widen and I walk downstairs and walk out. When I get out of the house Julia comes over to me.

"Can I come in," Julia asks.

I sigh "Julia I don't want to do this anymore," I state.

"What why," Julia wonders.

"Because Emily's back and we're friends and I think it's wrong that I'm doing this," I Amit.

Julia looks at my up and down and then she stares at my eyes.

"You like Emily," Julia smirks.

"No I don't," I whisper shout.

"You never care about anyone's feelings so why is Em so important," Julia crosses her arms waiting for an answer.

"She's my friend and you are her ex."
Julia look at me with a smirk.

"Ok kiss Emily and if you still feel nothing then we break this off, but if you do like her and I'm right we keep doing this for a week," Julia explains.

"Ok," I smile.

"Good tomorrow you have to kiss her and if you don't we keep doing this," Julia says as she steps forward.

She comes closer and for a second she was going to kiss me, but she goes up to my ear. "Good luck Al."

She looks at me in the eyes. Then leaves leaving me standing on the porch scared and worried as shit.

As my alarm goes off I get up and slap my phone to the snooze button. When I get it. I get out of bed and get dressed. I wear my lipstick on knowing I would have to kiss Emily today to end everything with Julianna. I go downstairs and decide to walk to school.

When I finally make it. I go up the steps and go to my locker and when I was about to open it. I hear a voice.

"Hey."

I smile as I take away the hands from my lock and turn around to see Emily smiling.

"So we can't study tonight because w-."

"We are hacking with this new guy name Caleb Rivers which reminds me. Is Julia and Caleb related," Emily says.

"We'll see," I fake smile.

I can't kiss her here everyone is here. People are looking and they can't think I like Emily. She's friendly but I'm not gay. She's like my best friend right now.

"Want to go to class," Emily asks.

"Yes."

We walk to class and sit down as Emily sits next to me. I look around and see everyone getting ready for the period.

---------------Lunch Time------------

I'm eating my salad as Julia sits down along with the others. Julia looks at me as I look down at my food.

"So at Caleb's house today after school," Hanna asks.

"Yeah but he's driving us," I state as I look at Hanna.

"Ok... We'll see," Hanna mumbles.

"So have you kissed him yet," Julia asks as she looks at Hanna and then me.

I look at Julia. "I don't think she has yet," I blurt out.

"Well I hope she does it today he's cute."
