I slept over in David's room which was totally against the rules and did I forget to mention that he's roommate is Neymar but luckily last night he didn't come back to the room. I woke up to a note form David saying he had to go to a morning meeting and he would see me later.
Today was the match against Honduras so I wrote him an encouraging note on the back of the one he wrote me. "What are you doing here?" Neymar asked . "I was just leaving" I said. "So, you and David are together huh?" He asked. "I don't know we haven't had a chance to talk about it yet" I said shrugging my shoulders. "Well I should get going" I said "Yeah you should" he said in a harsh tone. I was sitting in the bleachers waiting for the match to start when someone spoke to me. "Are you Noel?" this girl asked me. "Yes, and you are?" I asked reaching out to shake her hand. "I'm Rafaella" Neymar's sister she said smiling. "Oh yes well its nice to meet you" I said "Do you mine if I join you?" she asked. "Sure" I said shrugging my shoulders. "Neymar speaks highly of you" she said "Well, thats nice to hear" I said smiling at her as the guys were headed out onto the pitch to warmup and when I saw David he blew a kiss at me and I blew one back. "Are you and David together?" she asked. "We haven't made it official yet but we like each other" I said smiling. "No offense but isn't he a little to old for you?" she asked. "No, he's not he's perfect" I said getting annoyed. "I didn't mean to offend you I'm sorry" she said "I accept your apology" I said giving her a reassuring smile. "Well, it was nice to meet you" she said as she went up to the box to rejoin her family in time for the match to start. I was cheering so loud when David walked out with the captains armband on I guess Neymar had a change of heart but he isn't the coach he doesn't have say so plus since he's been none stop playing for the last couple of days he won't play till the second half. The game was tiring Brasil kept getting close to scoring but nothing hit the net until Filipe scored and the crowd went nuts. Neymar and a few others got subbed in for the second half and David had an icepack on his knee and since I couldn't get near him since he was on the bench I sent him a text.
N: Are you okay?
D: Yeah I'm fine its just a precaution
N:Ok good to hear
D: Wanna grab dinner after this
N:Sure :D
Soon the match was over and I headed back to the hotel to get ready for the dinner David set up for us. "You look beautiful" David said as he pulled out my chair for me. He had set up for us to have a table out on the balcony it was so romantic. There was the view of the city and lit candles and the food was amazing. "And you look handsome" I said smirking "I wanted to official ask you if you would be my girlfriend" he asked "Of course" I said smiling. "Perfect" he said kissing me. "We should get going it's getting late" I said "Ok" he said and he walked me back to my room. "Do you mind if I sleep in your room tonight?" He asked "Ok but don't you wanna get a change of clothes first?" I asked "Nah I'll just sleep in my boxers plus I can't go back even if I wanted to Neymar has a girl in the room" he said "Seriously?" I asked surprised but not really but mostly just annoyed. "Yeah I don't know what's gotten into him lately he's just been hooking up with all the wrong girls" he said "Well enough about Neymar and his one night stands lets get some sleep" I said changing the subject. The next morning David went with the team on the bus to the airport to leave for Chile while I got my own ride but my best friend Samantha will be meeting me there. When I arrived at the airport I saw the team uploading and Neymar with his arm around some girl and she turned around and it was Olivia why am I not surprised I thought rolling my eyes as I entered the airport. Samantha and I spotted each other from across the airport and we ran to each other I was just happy to see her. It's funny how one sec I was repulsed and the next thing jumping for joy but I was starting to worry that this won't be the vacation of my dreams but the one from hell!!
