David's POV
I realized I had probably made a big mistake breaking up with Noel and the truth is I wanted her back. I went to her hotel room but there was no answer so I just assumed she went out for a bit but when I check the front desk they said she left for the airport about thirty minutes ago. I rushed outside and caught a cab and paid em a little bit more extra to step on it. I arrived to the airport fifteen minutes later hoping I wasn't too late I sprinted through the airport hoping to find Noel and I found the gate where she was suppose to be boarding the flight but it had already taken off I had lost her forever. "Looking for me?" I heard a voice asked and I turned around to see Noel. "I thought you left" I said relieved. "Nah I got some unfinished business to take care of here" she said coming closer to me. "Well, I'm glad then" I said smiling. "Me too" she said smiling. We walked over to Starbucks and sat and talked. "So, after Copa America your going back to Paris?" she asked "If we don't qualify to the final I'll probably go to Brasil first then Paris" I said. "Is this just a summer fling?" she asked which totally caught me off guard. "No, of course not" I said reassuring her but I wasn't quite sure how we were going to work because she lived in Barcelona and I live in Paris but I didn't wanna focus on that now. Since Noel had already checked out of her hotel room she had to stay the night with me.
Noel's POV
The next morning Brazil had a match against Venezuela but Neymar couldn't play so I'd be sitting in the stands with him and Samantha. "Hey" I said as I sat down next to Samantha at the table in the dining hall. "Nice jersey" I said pointing to the name on the back "Coutinho" with a questionable look. "What did I miss?" I asked "Well while you've been busy with David I've been busy with Coutinho" she said "I'm so happy for you" I said smiling. "Good Morning, Noel" Coutinho said as he sat down across from Sam. "Morning and Sam we will talk later" I said winking at her as I headed out to go find David. I was walking pass the game room when I overheard David and Neymar talking it seems they were making amends. After a while it seemed the conversation came to a halt so I entered the room. "Hey" they both greeted me in unison. "Hey" I said back as I went to seat by David. "I'm gonna go get some breakfast" Neymar said giving me a reassuring smile. After he left David turned to me and said "Neymar and I made up" "Yeah I know I overheard" I said "There's something we need to talk about" David started to say but got interrupted by Thiago telling him it was time to load the bus. "We will talk later" I said giving him a reassuring smile. "Ok" he said as he went to load the bus.
Neymar's POV
I was at the match sitting in the stands with Noel and her friend Sam and I couldn't help think of David and Noel together and it's true what they say it's nothing more heartbreaking than seeing the person you love, love someone else. But my mind soon drifted away from that when Brazil scored twice and won the game eliminating Venezuela from the competition. After the match I had planned to head right back to the hotel but Noel had other plans. "Where do you think your going?" She asked me as I stood to exit the stands. "Back to the hotel?" I said "No your not because you and I are going to Disneyland" she said "What?!" I asked her. "Yeah just for a little while" she said "Ok" I said confused.
*I know Disneyland is not in Chile but just roll with it.*
Noel's POV
Neymar and I have been at Disneyland for a couple of hours and David had called and texted me but I felt like my friend needed me now. "Thank You" Neymar said as we were sitting down to eat dinner at one of the Disney restaurants. "For what?" I asked "For taking me out and keeping my mind off the ban" he said "Aww Your Welcome" I said hugging him. "Let's take a pic together before we leave" he said and then he posted it on Instagram with the caption "Had fun tonight thanks to Noel". We left Disneyland and headed back to the hotel. "I had fun tonight" Neymar said as we stood at the entrance of the hotel. "Me too" I said smiling. "você é a luz da minha vida" Neymar said "That sounded so beautiful what does it mean?" I asked him. "It doesn't matter meu amor goodnight" he said kiss my forehead and heading inside the hotel. The next morning I found Samantha and Coutinho having breakfast again so I thought why not ask him about what Ney said last night. "Coutinho what does você é a luz da minha vida mean?" I asked as I walked up to their table? "It means You are the light of my life" he said "Why don't you join us for breakfast?" Sam asked "Maybe next time but I have to go" I said walking out of the dining hall but eventually walking turned into running. I was running to see him I had too because he is also a luz da minha vida.
