Avril finally woke up form his long sleep. He got out of his guests room bed and floated towards the living room. "Good morning kiddo!" Avril greeted Hoshi. "It's 13:45! What did you do last night that made you sleep through half of the day?" Hoshi looked and sounded annoyed. Avril never saw him like this. Did he wake up with the wrong leg? "There is food in the kitchen and I hope you know how to use a microwave because I don't want the house to burn down." Hoshi said while pointing towards the microwave which was in the kitchen. "Yes of course I know! I'm not that dumb." translation:"Nope I don't know and I'll probably burn your house down." Trusting Avril with anything is enough to start a disaster. Hoshi grabbed Avril's arm and dragged him to the kitchen. "I'll show you anyways." Hoshi said while showing Avril how a microwave works. "Oh and one more thing. DON'T COOK EGG IN IT!" Hoshi yelled. "Damn who shat in your cereal in this morning-" Avril said but Hoshi already was out of the house. Leaving Avril all alone in his house. Avril smiled and decided that he'll just watch some shows on netflix. He sat down on the sofa grabbed some snacks and started binge watching shows and movies. Eventually he was getting bored of it. So he turned the TV off. Avril floated around the house hoping to find something to have fun with or something like that but he didn't find anything.
Avril randomly decided he'll go to the library because then he could have fun throwing stuff around with making Hoshi mad. He was still wondering why Hoshi was so mad. Was it because he was running late? Or was it because of something else? Who knows. He'll have to ask him later. Avril floated to the library and looked around before he would do something. And then he saw a specific red head that might have been in that killing game like Hoshi and him. He floated closer and he was correct. Avril was so happy to see Ryo. He missed him so much. While floating closer to Ryo he opened his arms and hugged him thightly. Ryo didn't seem like he felt anything. Oh right Avril completely forgot that Ryo can't see, hear or feel his touch. That made Avril sad that one of his greatest and closest friend couldn't see that he was atleast there. Ryo kept reading what he was reading and Avril just looked at the pages while sitting right next to him on a chair. They have been there for like an hour or so before Avril saw Ryo pack his stuff and starting to leave. He followed him with a smile on his face. Ryo might not be able to see but atleast he was here with him.
Meanwhile after Hoshi came home from work he was much calmer than this morning. He was mad because ever since he woke he kept messing things up. Like falling out of the bed, accidentally poured coffee on himself burning his thighs in the process, accidentally dropping everything that luckly for him that time wasn't that easy to break and he even miss his taxi. When he locked he door he was suprised that it was this quiet. Did Avril fall asleep again? Or is he planning to prank Hoshi? Hoshi decided to place his bag down and look around to find Avril. He looked everywhere in his house that when he knew that he wasn't here so he decided to grab his keys and look for him outside. He locked his door after he walked out and started searching outside. At this point he was getting worried as hell. What if something happened to Avril outside.
Avril floated out of the library with Ryo and noticed that it was dark already and that Hoshi must be at home. Avril tried to ignore it. Not like Hoshi would look after him and search for him but still.. he had a mission to full fill and he needed to full fill that. It was so nice to be around Ryo tho maybe the mission could wait. He was about to cross the road when he heard his name yelled by a familiar voice. He looked at the person and it was indeed Hoshi. Man he looked like he ran a marathon. Ryo suddenly looked into that direction he was confused to see Hoshi but luckily he missed when he yelled Avril's name. "Is everything alright Hoshi?" Ryo asked concerned, he thought Hoshi was about to collapse. "Yes I'm fine it's just I lost my cat and I'm searching for it.!" Hoshi lied but luckily it wasn't too obvious. "Ah I see.. I wish I could help but I have to go home in time before dad gets mad-" Ryo said meanwhile Avril floated right next to Hoshi. "If you need help to find it just call me." Ryo gives Hoshi a piece of paper before waving and leaving Hoshi and Avril alone. Hoshi waved back before he grabbed Avril's arm with his right hand, holding Ryo's phone number in his left one in the process. "What were you thinking?! Do you know how worried I was?" Hoshi was mad but also reliefed that Avril was fine."I was bored and I decided to go outside-" Avril was about to finish his sentence when Hoshi said:" I thought I was going to lose you do you.! After that thing happened a couple days ago, I can't take anymore loses." Avril patted Hoshi's back and said: "Listen I'm sorry." Hoshi sighed before letting Avril's arm go. "Let's just go home and don't go outside without saying anything." Hoshi said and Avril nodded before going heading home.
