Confession

My POV

Ben and I had gotten closer, and we were so happy. We cuddled every night for warmth and comfort and ran from dinosaurs all day.

Today, there was an allosaurus chasing us. "There's a waterfall up ahead!" He yells. "We're almost there.. JUMP!" He screams as we both jump into it. I stay under longer, swimming further.

I popped out from behind him. "BOO!" I scream. He gave a slight yelp, and looked behind him.

"I thought I lost you!" He said. "I'm not losing you again, because-" I start, but I don't finish.

"Because? Finish the sentence.." he said. I looked away, and he used his pointer finger to grab my chin and direct my head back to him.

I looked him in his eye. "Because why?" He asked calmly, blushing. "B-B-Because.. I-I... BECAUSE ILOVEYOUANDEVERYTHINGABOUTYOUANDIMNOTSUREIFYOUFEELTHESAMEWAYANDYOUPROBABLYDONTANDTHATSTOTALLYCOOLIFYOUDONTAND-" I jumbled, but he just cut me by grabbing my face and Kissing me.

My eyes widened in shock but I slowly melted into the kiss. We pulled away and he began to speak. "Don't worry.. I love you too.. that day that I stumbled and was about to say something else when I said I wouldn't scare you like that again?

I was gonna say love.." he confessed, blushing like crazy. "And your wound got better! You looked so pretty, yet badass, I just didn't know how to tell you how perfect you are."

He said. I tackled him into a hug and held him close, and he stroked my hair as I cried tears of joy. "D-Does this mean we're dating now?" I ask. "Yes Silly! Yes we're dating!" He laughed.

Ben POV

She looked at me mockingly and said,"I'm not losing you again, Because-" she stopped herself and I looked at her.

"Because? Finish the sentence.." I say, hoping. I blushed. She looked away, so I used my pointer finger to pull her head back to look at me gently.

"Because why?" I asked. "B-B-Because.. I-I... BECAUSE ILOVEYOUANDEVERYTHINGABOUTYOUANDIMNOTSUREIFYOUFEELTHESAMEWAYANDYOUPROBABLYDONTANDTHATSTOTALLYCOOLIFYOUDONTAND-" she was stuttering all over, so I stopped her by shocking her and kissing her.

Her eyes widened, but softened slowly. We pulled apart and she blushed like a cherry. "Don't worry.. I love you too.. that day that I stumbled and was about to say something else when I said I wouldn't scare you like that again?

I was gonna say love.." I confessed, blushing just as red as she was. "And your wound got better! You looked so pretty, yet badass, I just didn't know how to tell you how perfect you are." I finished.

She tackled me into a hug and held on tightly, and I stroked her hair as she cried joyously. "D-Does this mean we're dating now?" She asked, stuttering.

I wonder why she would ask that, but I smile. "Yes Silly! Yes we're dating!" I laughed, and put our foreheads together.

That night, we ate a bunch of sweets and played around swimming and collecting berries in the dark, tackling one another as we laughed and kissed and what not.
