Him~ (Ben Pincus x Fem! Reader)

The three idiots, and.. an adoption?

(This is not proof-read, please don't fight me ;-;)

I can't sleep. I'm sitting, Watching the door with music at full blast when I realize Darius is sneaking from Bed.

"D?" I ask. He looks back. I take out my headphones. "What are you doing?" I ask. "Just getting water." He says. "Ok. Night." I close my eyes and just lay there when out of the window I see three figures sneaking into the jungle.

And one has Pink hair, the other has a bright yellow jacket, and the last is Pretty tall. Not as tall as Dave. Kenji, Darius, and Brooke. 'Those dumbasses are getting in trouble' I say.

I drag myself out of bed, and knock on Roxie's door. She comes out alertly. "Pinkie, Kenji, and Dino nerd snuck out to who knows where." I say. When I get back to the room, I'm to lazy to climb to my bunk so I crash on the bottom of Darius's bunk.

*the next morning*

I didn't want to wake up, so I carelessly threw on some leggings and an Alabama shirt from my dad and put on my combat boots.

Brooklyn filled me in that Kenji and Darius almost got eaten, and were being punished. I wondered what it was until we got to a pile of "Dung" "that is one big pile of shit.." I mumbled.

We leave for the lab. Once we get there, I looked around, keeping my hands to myself, asking questions to the scientists. They answered them politely, and I thanked them.

Then, everyone was surrounded by an egg that was hatching. I stand right beside Ben, my Hand on his shoulder. A tail flicks out, causing fluid to splash on Ben.

He spazzed out, and then a little blue Dino popped out from the shell. The tiny little dude had trouble removing the shell from the top of its head though, so it's vision was impaired. The rolled over and fell, but luckily Ben caught it, carefully removing the shell.

"Awe.. she's so tiny.." Ben says. "She's so adorbs!" I cooed. "Sweet! One of its head bumps are bigger than the other!" Brooklyn says. Wu is NOT very happy about this though. Me and Ben continue playing with the tiny blue Dino, though.

"It's official. She is now my baby." I declare. "No, she's mine!" Ben says matter-of-factly. I glare. "I'll be her mom, you can be her dad." I huff.

"Adopted.. yeah! Yeah. And we are FRIEND Mom and dad and I Uhh-" he tried to explain but couldn't. "You mean raise her as just friends. We are her parents, but we're just friends. That what you trying to say?" I say, quirking an eyebrow.

He nods yes sheepishly. "Her name is gonna be Bumpy Pincus L/n!" I declare. "Uh, no. It's gonna be Bumpy L/n Pincus." Ben argues. "No, because I'm her mom!" I shot back. "Children traditionally have their dads last name!" He protests. "Fine!" I huff, and turn away.

Suddenly, Wu comes out withhhhh... you guessed it! Brooklyn. "Oh come on!" We are required to leave, and As we leave we see bumpy whining for us, wanting us to come back. As I climb in, I give a glare to Brooke. "Way to ruin another good thing, Brooklyn." I said to her. She glared right back at me, like a viper.

*Once we got back*

"Why are you two so out of breath?" Roxie asked. "Just doing the job we were told!" Darius puffs. "Yeah! You should have seen how I totally owned-" Kenji is cut off by Darius.

"THIS Valuable experience! We learned a lot about ourselves and uh.. YEP." He said quickly. "Ok, well, hit the showers! And stay in there awhile?" We drive off and when we get out I immediately go to my bed, letting myself get drifted into sleep.

Before I could though, they Say Darius is going to tell a story. I decide to just say no, but as I'm sitting over whirling earshot, I can hear Brooklyn being an Asshole.

Then, there's a clap of thunder, and rain begins to fall. "Ignore Brooklyn. She's just a jerk." I say to D as I go inside. I let the darkness consume me as I lay down.
