Harper knew how she was finally happy with Nick. He had changed her life and made her feel good. She loved how things had been working out for her.

Nick had done everything he could to make her happy. And she was grateful. He knew that she had been through a lot.

Especially with her whole life being a lie. It wasn't easy at all. But both of them wanted to make it work.

Harper was finally happy. She had moved on from all that had happened in her life. She felt as though she was finally free from all the bad that had happened.

Carla had been trying to build a relationship with her. She felt bad for all the lies she had told. But she was trying to make a relationship with Harper.

Things weren't always going to be easy. But Harper somehow wanted to make it all work. She was happy with Nick.

She knew that Carla wasn't happy that she was seeing Nick. Especially given her past with him. But Harper was happy. And she knew she somehow needed to help her mum see that.

All she knew was that things were going good for her. And she was doing good with her happiness. Despite how hard it seemed.

Morning came and she woke in bed with Nick. She smiled as she cuddled into him. Nick opened his eyes and smiled. "Morning gorgeous."

"Hey. Did you sleep okay?"

Nick nodded and kissed her. "I did. It felt good. Having you in my arms last night. We need to make it happen a lot more," he told her with a smirk.

"Oh? And the hot sex we had all night? Is that a perk?" Harper asked as she kissed down his chest.

"Well that's a slight advantage. I must admit," he said as he got between her legs.

Harper wrapped her legs around his waist as she felt him pressed against her. She bit her lip as she looked to him. "I have to go and see my sister. I'll see you soon," she said as she climbed out of bed.

Nick groaned. "Babe..."

"Bye," she said as she kissed his lips and left the bedroom.

Harper met with Charlee who looked awful. She smiled. "What's wrong with you? You look like you've gone ten rounds with Mike Tyson," she said.

Charlee rolled her eyes. She sighed. "I'm fine. Just haven't been feeling the best. I feel sick. And my head is banging. Don't worry though. How's it going with Nick?"

Harper grinned and nodded. "It's actually going so good. He makes me happy. I didn't think I'd be able to find someone who did make me happy," she said.

"Good. You deserve happiness. And I'm happy for you. I know that you've had your life flipped upside down. But you're going to make it through," Charlee told her.

Harper smiled. She knew how she was finally in a good place. And she was going to stay there.

Carla looked up as Harper walked in. She smiled. "Hey. Where have you been? You didn't come home last night."

"I stayed with Nick," Harper said. She saw the look on Carla's face and rolled her eyes. "I know you don't like him. But he makes me happy. So please accept it."

Carla said nothing as Harper walked into her room. Knowing how she didn't want her daughter with Nick. And needing to somehow break them apart. But how?
