"You really don't have to do this" I blurted out while she was preparing.

"She's Ashly's friend. And I ready said yes" I rolled my eyes. She's really fired up when Ashly's involve.

"The more this gets worse" napatingin siya sakin. Probably didn't get what I'm talking about.

"She's Ashly's friend, does she know your skills?" She blinked a lot of times. Realizing what I mean.

"She...does" I sigh.

"It'll be impossible to say that she didn't plan this one out. She knows your skills, she probably knows your weaknesses too. Didn't you realized that fighting a Bellue and winning is her main goal here, Asha?"

Reputation and status are one of the things that matters here in the academy. I didn't stay here the longest but I am a hundred percent sure about that. Casters flocking towards Casters who are obviously much more stronger than them. Becoming their underlings so that they could get some sort of protection. And Casters who are the same level of strength fights each other to determine who truly rules.

And that's what this girl wanted to achieve. Fighting Asha who's a Bellue , and a Bellue is quite famous here for all of their level 1 sortings. In addition, she knew all of Asha's weaknesses and strengths. She have the advantage of this fight.

"Still, I don't wanna back down. I trained myself the hardest, Ellie. Trust me" then she gave me a soft smile. Somehow, that calmed my worried mind.

I smirked, finaling knowing why she also badly wants this fight.

"Then beat her up. She's blabbering too much" I tap her shoulder and she then went in the middle of the oepn field and so does Loisa.

"And what do you think you're doing?"

Everyone tensed up when that cold voice was heard. Napatingin kami lahat sa gilid. The crowd also parted to make a way for that person. And a small petite woman appeared.

She was wearing a tube top and a tattered jeans with that denim jacket hanging on her shoulders. A straight black shoulder length hair, have foxy-sharp eyes and a very red lips. She smirked.

"I was really bored waiting for someone to call me because of a fight. But well, no one thought of calling me. Should I deduct points?" She was intimidating.

I never felt this intimidation, except Mellie and the upper class guardians. The casters were all silent, then she turned to look at me.

"At least you tried to stop your friend. I am Sofia by the way, I am your Senior Caster" the badge of a Castellian Rank System is pinned on her jacket. A Special Ranker.

"You wanna fight that badly?" I turned my head towards her. Se intennsely stared at Asha and the brat.

I thought she's stopping the fight! She's supposedly  the moderator but she's tolerating this fight! But I don't know, when she turned to look at me with a smirk on her face. I knew right there that she knows something.

"Then fight all you want, fight 'til one of you bleeds or passed out. I don't care" then she shug her shoulders.

She also tilted her head sideways with that smirk. And wave her hand and a barrier emerged. We were even pushed back by the brrier to give them more space.

"Space Isolation" Gulat akong napatingin sa katabi. She's already beside me. Still with that smirk.

Space Isolation is a skill from Night, but I remembered na required na 'ding matutunan ng mga Special Rankers ang Space Isolation too minimize  the  damage sa mga dungeon raids.

But clearrly, she is also a descendant of Night. I distance myself a bit but in just a blink of ana eye, she's already beside me.

"Flame told me" I looked at her but she's just staring in front, where Asha and Loisa stands.

They aren't moving, they are just staring at each other.

"Don't worry, I've slow down their time" she must have saw my confused look. Nung inilibot ko ang mga mata, nakita kong mabagal 'din ang kilos ng mga nasa labas ng barrier.

"What did Flame said?" Napabalik ang tingin ko sa kanya.

"I'm Light's cousin, he told me someone's crushing on our baby" I frown.

That red haired kid really needs a beating. And did she just said "our baby"?

"That's disinformation" nakatingin sa harap kong saad.

"Does it?" I couldn't talk when I saw how her smirk faded and that playful expression emerged.

"Well, let's start the battle" hindi pa ako nakakasagot ay pinutol niya na ang usapan. Then I noticed that everyone started moving normally.

She stopped the time except for mine, just to talk to me. And why would she do that?
