HUDSON stood in front of her closet trying to decide on an outfit. She wasn't sure what type of dinner she was about to have but still agreed on going. She did owe a favor to Taylor anyways. She had decided on a simple business casual outfit, trying not to be underdressed. She eventually went with a pair of chic black pants and a light cardigan.
The drive down to the address had taken longer than expected as Hudson's nerves got the best of her and she had made a few wrong turns. Hudson had never been too good with new people but she took a liking to Taylor.
As Hudson made her way towards the address, she found herself being swarmed by a bunch of people. The flashes of cameras threw Hudson off as she tried making her way inside.
"Miss. Hudson?"
The brunette jumped at the sound as she held her hands up ready to fight.
"Miss. Hudson right this way."
The girl didn't respond, just followed, not wanting to take her chances with the buff security dude that she later realized was the same guy from the plane.
The two finally made their way towards the door and Hudson felt herself release a breath she didn't even know she was holding in.
The breath was quickly taken away again as she entered and saw the tall blonde in front of her.
"Taylor Swift?"
"Hudson I don't know your last name?"
"Labrada" Hudson laughed trying to ease her nerves as everything clicked in her head. The sunglasses, the security, the paparazzi, everything.
"Come in, don't just stand there. Take off your shoes though." The brunette quickly obliged to the other girl's request as she slipped off her shoes by the front door.
"Uh so I brought some cookies." Hudson awkwardly laughed as she pushed the tray towards the kitchen island.
The moment of silence that came between the two girls wasn't exactly awkward but Hudson felt the need to fill it. "Okay so not gonna lie, I didn't know that you were the Taylor Swift and just thought that you were any other Taylor but Taylor Swift so this isn't what I expected but to be honest I don't really know what I was expecting and—"
The younger of the two was cut off by Taylor's laughter and instantly started turning red. "You're rambling, I do that too when I'm nervous" The blonde offered a comforting smile as the shorter girl started blushing.
"So now that you're here and the cats out of the bag, what do you want for dinner? We can order in or really just eat cereal if you're into breakfast for dinner." Hudson shrugged with a simple hum letting Taylor know she could pick.
The taller girl who was standing by the kitchen island made her way towards the fridge taking out all the ingredients she would be using. "Need any help?" The other girl said as she made her way away from the wall of pictures she was just looking at.
"Yeah, grab the pancake mix from the pantry?" With a nod, the girl made her way towards what she thought was the pantry but was apparently a closet. She quickly turned on her heels towards another room which happened to be a bathroom.
"Okay, where the fuck is the pantry?" The blonde stifled a laugh, watching in amusement as she pointed towards the door right next to the closet. "And how was I supposed to know that? You just set me up to fail." Hudson jokingly pouted as she grabbed the mix and put it on the kitchen counter.
The two girls stood behind the counter, adding and mixing ingredients, stirring away at the batter until it was smooth. "Chocolate chips?"
"Obviously! What are you? A psycho? Who doesn't want chocolate chips?"
