THE next day came quickly and Hudson was already in her car on her way to the Cuzron's house. She had started the day with a cup of freshly made tea to get her out of the daze yesterday's events put her in.

She couldn't help but let her mind wander to the tall blonde that gave her a sense of comfort that she found in no one else. Her steps quickened as she had thought about the girl she had met with yesterday and was soon brought to the front gates of the Cuzron home.

Hudson shook her head in an attempt to clear her mind of Taylor and start working for the day. It was silly for Hudson to feel like this, nothing could ever come of this, could it?

She sighed as she entered the rather lavish house, looking for the four year old. She didn't know how to feel knowing she was going to get laid off by the family she had nannied for almost half a decade. A part of her was really going to miss this, she did love Jaxon so them moving hald way across the world to England was absolutely heartbreaking. But the other part of her was slightly excited, excited to seek a new adventure.

"Ice cream?" The young blonde tugged on his nanny's shirt as she was picking up a few toys in the playroom. "How about we go to the park first so we can get some energy out of you. Sounds good?" Hudson reasoned, not wanting to deal with a hyper child running around uncontrollably.

Jaxon was quick to nod and run off towards the front door to put on his shoes. At least attempt to because I'm pretty sure the right shoe does not belong on the left foot.

The two ventured their way out of the house as the sun was finally starting to beam down, causing the older brunette to internally groan at the heat. But at least Jaxon was enjoying himself, he had skipped all the way down towards the local park, with Hudson trailing not too far behind.

Jaxon had found his way towards the play equipment while Hudson took a seat at the bench nearby, keeping a close eye on him just in case.

It had only been about five minutes before the little boy had begged his nanny to come along and push him on the swing. Hudson reluctantly agreed as she was tired from being up all night researching (stalking) a certain tall blonde.

In all honesty, Hudson didn't mean to, it was supposed to be a quick google search but Taylor was just so captivating. She couldn't help but dive deeper into a hole she had just dug for herself.

Despite the heat and tiredness, the two actually did have a blast at the park, or rather Jaxon had a lot of fun while Hudson was just chasing him around the whole time.

"Hey Jaxon? It's time to go" Unfortunately for the brunette, the four year old didn't like that. He first shook his head and when that didn't work, he started stomping his feet and running.

Running like his life depending on it because damn he was actually fast. Hudson ran for a solid minute before being able to catch up to the child. Even then, he wouldn't give it up. He had thrown his entire body weight down on the ground while waving his hands like he was trying to hail a taxi on a busy weekend.

Hudson sighed as she picked him up, trying to avoid getting smacked in the face and from going deaf from all the screaming Jaxon was doing. Hudson quickly made her way towards the exit, trying not to make a big scene but she was out of luck. Jaxon's screaming wasn't random incoherent words but he was screaming his new favorite phrase, stranger danger.

"Geez do I need to call security or something." A voice called out from afar as Hudson tried making an exit. "It's not what it looks lik— Taylor?"

"Hey Hudson, hi Jaxon" Taylor approached as Hudson was still manhandling the child. The brunette gave a small smile before setting Jaxon down, praying that he wouldn't just make a run for it.

Unfortunately for her, the boy did. He bolted back towards the playground without a second thought. Hudson was quick on her heels, running after the boy, while also trying to sneak a look at the girl who stood before her.

To Hudson's surprise, Taylor had started towards the playground too. She had gone the opposite way the boy did, successfully cornering the boy.

With one swift motion, the blonde picked up the smaller blonde and walked back towards Hudson. "Jaxon! You can just run off like that." Hudson called out, relieved that Taylor had caught the child.

"Sorry" was all that was heard as Jaxon sunk into Taylor's grip. "No more ice cream because we talked about your behavior before, right?" Jaxon nodded as he avoided eye contact with the brunette and snuggled into the hug he was currently in.

Taylor was slightly caught off guard by the discipline given by Hudson but decided against speaking out. At least until she felt small pools of water on her shirt as Jaxon's breathing became slightly faster.

Within seconds of being told that ice cream was not going to happen, the young boy had begun to cry in hopes of guilting at least one of the adults into getting a treat. And I guess Jaxon worked really hard in his past life because god knew what he was doing and in his favor, it worked.

Taylor tensed at the sudden emotion, unsure of what to do but started slowly talking to the four year old. Softly speaking and to no one's surprise, offering him ice cream.

All of a sudden, the waterworks stopped and there was a smiley child and an utterly confused Taylor.

"Oh god, what did you promise him?" Hudson turned around from in front of Taylor, knowing that look that Jaxon had on his face. "He only has that face when he knows he successfully tricked you."

"This nice lady is going to get me ice cream, she's not mean like you." Jaxon perked up and stuck his tongue out at Hudson.

The brunette shrugged as she took the defeat and held her hand out for the boy before turning around towards the girl and saying, "What are you doing here anyways? Also you're coming with us to pay for his ice cream because somebody got guilt tripped by a four year old."

Taylor slightly tensed at the comment, cheeks turning slightly red before replying, "I was just walking around and plus he likes me better anyways"

A smirk made its way into Hudson's face as she joked,"You met this child twice and you already turned him against me. And I know dang well that you weren't just walking around, stalker"
