"Okay! bye bye! Thanks for the treat!" Ink spoke, holding a chocolate bar as he waved to a portal as he then closed it shut.

"Ah, this is why I love Underswap, so many treats at a cheap price!" Ink spoke as he hopped from one island to another within the Doodlesphere.

"Let's see... Maybe I could go visit Reapertale next!-" Ink said but stopped in his tracks as he noticed a lonely skeleton who was looking at nothing, but Ink immediately identified them as Dust Sans.

"Ah, I wonder what they're doing over there, talking to their non-existent friends, Dust Sanses are so quirky," Ink spoke as he ran over to where Dust was...

"At this point, my world is completely and utterly lost,"

"There's no longer any point for me to get any stronger or gain EXP,"

"To atone, the best I could do is kill each and every single Human of this multiverse,"

"But, would that be righteous or would it be wrong?"

"What if I accidentally destroyed another universe because of it?"

"No... I'm sure nothing will happen,"

"Hopefully-" Dust thought but was suddenly cut off when Ink jumped on him, knocking both of them to the ground.

"What the hell?-" Dust looked up in irritation to see Ink getting up and standing over him.

"Sorry about that! Here," Ink spoke as he lent out a hand.

Dust's eyes slightly widened, at first, he hesitated but then grabbed Ink's hand as he then got up.

"Who are you?" Dust asked.

"My name's Ink! Protector of the Multiverse and famous artist!" Ink spoke as he pulled out his trusty paintbrush, Broomie.

"...Protector of the Multiverse?" Dust thought as his right eye raised.

"Yeah!" Ink responded.

"Are you the only one?" Dust questioned.

"Well, no. But I'm considered THE Protector of the Multiverse... Big difference!" Ink replied.

"I see," Dust said as he sighed.

"So what now?" Dust asked.

"Let's turn that question around..." Ink spoke as he smirked.

"What are YOU doing here?" Ink spoke as he pointed dramatically at Dust who was unfazed.

"Er..." Dust spoke as he squinted his eyes.

"Should I lie or tell the truth?" Dust thought.

"I guess there are no consequences if I tell the truth," Dust thought.

"I came here by opening a portal, I didn't know where the portal would lead me nor can I control it, so I ended up just coming here without any further knowledge," Dust explained.
