Chapter-11

Taehyung was in his mini bar enjoying his drinks while Jimin and Jungkook were looking at him with questioning eyes. They got to know about Jieun's escape but were a little shocked as Taehyung didn't give any reaction. He was poker like before. When he started showing interest in jieun, they felt like taehyung will change or maybe his other side will appear due to love. But they forgot, love doesn't exist in taehyung's life. Jimin looked at Jungkook whose eyes were stuck on Taehyung playing with his glass but something was odd in Taehyung which they weren't able to guess.

Jimin sighed before breaking his eyes off Jungkook and looked at taehyung. "Do you want me to find her?". Taehyung stopped creasing his finger on the edge of the glass and travelled his eyes at jimin. "No". His short reply had many hidden secrets which only he knew. "you lost your interest already". Jungkook's question caught taehyung's attention who moved his head towards him and chuckled before leaning back. "I can't lose interest in her". They both looked at taehyung confused who gulped down another shot

They couldn't understand what he actually wanted. "Then why are you still here". Jungkook asked, being a little curious to know but getting something from Taehyung was nearly impossible. He was such a private person and getting into his secrets wasn't something easy. Taehyung sighed relaxingly and uttered with a slight smirk. "Let her enjoy her freedom............for a while". There was something evil in his tone, moreover his smirk was giving another warning. Jungkook stood up before releasing breath and uttered, looking down at taehyung. "I'm going to check our weapons"

He left from there before taehyung could even spare a glance at him. After a few moments, Jimin stood up too because he just stayed there to wait for Taehyung to share something but it was no use. It felt like Jieun's escape didn't affect Taehyung at all. It was like he wasn't worried for her at all, which was kinda confusing for Jimin but he decided to keep his confusion to himself. "I will check everything for our mission". Taehyung nodded without looking at him and jimin left silently carrying thousands thoughts inside in his head

As the door gets shut. Taehyung's grip around the glass tightened with clenching jaws. He was breathing heavily sealing his lips while his eyes held only wrath.........cruel wrath. He couldn't believe it. She had the audacity to stand against his warning, even after he had shown her his power. The man was filled with rage, unable to comprehend how that vulnerable woman could show such bravery in the face of his strength. He had always believed that he was the one in control, that no one would dare to challenge him. But now he realised that he had been wrong all along. She was different, and he couldn't help but feel even more interested in her, even as his anger continued to boil inside him.

After three days, Jieun stepped out of the room only to be welcomed by an elder man of her age. She passed him a little smile and he gestured to her to take a seat on the dining table. It had been three days since she escaped taehyung. She didn't know how her luck worked that guards weren't near the main gate which made it easy for her to leave that mansion. She had no idea where she could go because neither she knew anyone in Seoul, nor did she have any shelter to stay in. The man she was with was the one who saved her that night. "I hope you are not facing any discomfort here". His voice was deep while his resting face was a little scary but he was such a kind man.

His house was cosy and enough for two people to stay comfortably. She wasn't too comfortable to stay with him as it felt a burden on him. "Thank you, i-i will try to find another way, i don't want to burden you". Her hesitant voice reached his ear who shook his head with a tiny smile before pulling the chair back and sat on it joining her in breakfast. "don't worry,  you can stay as long as you want". She nodded with a forced smile but there was still fear inside her because she was still in seoul......taehyung's territory. But it was unusual how he didn't approach her even after three days. At some point she wanted to accept that it was the end of her suffering. Maybe he lost his interest in her
