When john went down to bring ben sum food, he started mocking him, sayng that its scary being leader bc everyone expects everying from you.
Ben asked john to let him go. John said, "ok but you have to tell me about da frater boat."
Still tied with rope, ben led john to da couch.
"The person who runs da boat, Charles Widmore, has been trying to get to dis island. WE r like wosrt emenies. I told you we're the good guys." Sed ben.
"okay first of all, you sed that to that betch, Michael, and second, why does widmore care so much about da iland?" asked john
"because ITS MAGIC"
"oh right" said john. He decided to let ben go.
"see you at dinner, John ;)" said ben. He smiled, and left to his cozy abode.
