POV: Arthur Leywin

*Yawwwn*

"Augh! I definitely needed that rest!" I yawned as I stretched out by body.

"At least your shoulder's better," Tess pointed out.

"Oh yeah, I'm so glad it is too. I didn't protect myself against that attack yesterday."

"You were too hard in all aspects, Arthur." Aya said.

"You could've put Helen Shard in danger. You pushed yourself too hard to the point where you bled and caused mana core strain. And you were too reckless!" Alea cried out.

"Sis, I promise I'm fine! I'm sorry, okay... I did overdo it, but only because I needed a good rank."

"Just... be more careful from now on."

We got out of a nearby hotel and with all our things packed and in our dimensional items, we walked to the portals that led to the Beast Glades.

The walk there was nothing special. We got our adventurer cards ready for when we arrive at the portals. Both Alea and Aya got a golden card with the words 'AA-Rank' engraved on them, while I got a silver card that read 'A-Rank' on the engraving, and Tess the same, except with a bronze card that read 'B-Rank'.

All other lower rank cards were wooden, so B-Rank was considered the 'Higher Ranks' which allowed us to enter the higher level dungeons.

We showed our ID's to the guards at the gates and they let us in leisurely.

As we entered the portal frame, I felt something similar. The power of Aether. Just like when I arrived in Elenoir. After a few seconds, my whole world turned black.

I turned my head and tried blinking, but nothing. I tried ignited a flame for any light, but instead, rays of white were in their place, like, veins or roots.

Then, I was sucked out, as if nothing had happened.

I didn't ponder too much on it as Aya and Alea wanted us begin dungeon exploring as soon as possible.

"So, why aren't we taking any quests?" I asked.

"It'd be a waste of your skills to take up on them. Plus, they take away too much time." Aya said.

"Yeah, and dungeon clearing grants us more merit points than those quests." Alea added.

"Okay... so what dungeon are we going on first? Tess asked.

"Hell's Cave. It's an A-Rank dungeon that wasn't bought from the adventurers guild yet. Our plan is to go on dungeons as soon as possible, and as soon as they're discovered. Otherwise, we'd be stuck doing lower ranked dungeons." Aya explained.

"Hm," that was understandable.

"Let's get there quickly, so, try to keep up, okay?" Aya asked as she began sprinting using wind magic to assist her.

"Hehe," Alea giggled as she also began running using water magic to create jets and boost her.

"Oh man..." Tess complained but she also began using wind magic to catch up.

I then used my wind magic to do the same.

"Auhh, huuh, how long have we been, huh, running?" Tess asked as she collapsed on the grass.

"This should be good..." Aya said as she took out her bag from her dimensional ring.

"I think it's been 2-to-3 hours since we began the journey," Alea responded to Tess.
