Chapter 6

As I knew it Friday was here. I got up extra early well I only got 3 hours of sleep last night. I still haven't gotten a chance to talk to Charles about APM yet. I need to talk to him about it. Arthur on the other hand let me know that his team did not approve on him joining APM. In the lines of "Arthur doesn't need any drama on his name especially when it's not his drama to begin with". I honestly did I agree with his team about it. Frankly I think it's the best way to keep him away from all of this with Charlotte. APM haven't announced that we are parting ways with her yet. Kika did give her a heads up that something is going to happen but never said what's happening. I got ready and called Charles.

(L- Loren & C- Charles)
C- Hello princessa!!
I smiled.
L- Hello bebe how are you?
C- Not much just here. I was gonna call you actually you beat me to it haha!
L- That's funny. I wanted to talk to you about something.
C- Yes amour?
L- APM is thinking about getting new ambassadors and they were thinking of a few people.
C- Really that's great who were you guys thinking?
L- Philippe and Kika were concerning you.
C- Wow really?
L- Yeah well you and Arthur but Arthur's team said no
C- Why is that? I'm sure that Arthur would love to be apart of it
L- That's the thing his team said no because we are on the edge with letting go one of our ambassadors and want you two to be the new ambassadors.
C- So both of us well me I mean I would be replacing who?
I stayed quiet for a second
L- You would be replacing Charlotte
C- Oh wow really how so?
L- She has done a lot for us. Don't get me wrong but both Philippe and Kika made a good point of removing her from APM
C- For what reasons?
I explained to him on how it went in the meeting.
C- Wow that's something. I do strongly believe that she would do something if I join
L- They gave me a week to give them an answer I told them about Arthur and they understood
He stayed quiet
C-And if I don't agree to join?

We talked about it for a while and how I would have to work on a new plan for the new launch coming up. After talking he agreed and it made me so happy that he will be apart of this. After our call ended, I called Philippe and told him the news.

After that, I called Jul to see if she was ready to take off to the airport. We made our way down to the lobby. We said goodbye to the staff and made our way to the car. I waved at the fans who waiting outside, I signed some stuff for them and took some pictures to them. We went into the car and headed the the airport.

~Arriving to Los Angeles~

We made it to LA, after what felt like the longest flight in the world. I grabbed my things and headed off the jet. I decide to get a car for the week and yes of course you guess it, it's a Ferrari. Jul and I got in the car and headed to the hotel. After we both went to our rooms, I get a call for Kika. I answered it.

(K-Kika & L-Loren)

L- Hello Kika how are you?
K- Hi Loren I'm good did you make it to LA safely?
L- Yes Jul and I just arrived to the hotel.
K- That's good to hear. Listen I wanted to talk to you really quick about Charles joining APM, I'm really glad that he is going to be apart of this and it brings me joy to have him on the team however somehow word got to Charlotte and she's upset.
L- How did she find out?
K- I don't know it turns out that she had someone from the inside to keep her updated about everything, I'm talking about our meetings, new releases, and photoshoots you name it she knew all about it. I can't tell how angry that makes me feel, I fully trusted her and been on her side through everything but now I feel betrayed not just to me but to the company.
L- I'm sorry Kika I truly am, I don't know what to say honestly this is crazy. Has she posted anything about this on social media?
K- She hasn't yet, I don't think so. She called me this morning about the whole thing and went on and on about how she has done so much for us.
L- I think it's best for us to make it public now that we are no longer working with her, that way we are ahead of her and don't turn this into her favor.
K- That's what I was thinking too, let me alert the team and Philippe that we are going to do it, meanwhile take care on APM LA for now and if anyone ask about it this week just advise we will make a statement soon along with the announcement of Charles joining us too.
