Minji nodded her head to the music as she made a drink for someone, she wasn't a big fan of what the customer ordered but the music playing made it better. Take It Slow by Red Velvet was playing and if she was being honest. It was Minji's favourite song. She would listen to it on a daily and she still does, but nowadays shes been listening to Fromis_9, especially Escape Room.
All these songs had a similar vibe to it, the chorus had a relaxing tone to it, both of the songs could be classed as upbeat or even depressing if you wanted to reach that far. Minji finished making all the drinks and yelled out for Hyein's name.
"Hyein! The order is finished, come and take it!"
Hyein turned her head straight away and got the tray to put all the drinks on, she quickly walked over to Minji and carefully placed them one by one carefully on the tray, Hyein looked around the bar before turning back to Minji with a confused look.
"Who's table is this for?"
Minji chuckled and patted Hyein's head before raising her voice.
"Whoever ordered four red blast mojitos come to the counter!"
Hyein stared in awe and smiled widely, she always saw Minji as an older sister, she would even help her with her homework or studies if she had any free time and always thought about her first. They both waited for someone to come up to the counter until they saw a woman with long black, slick hair, Yu Jimin.
Jimin was a regular, she would only visit for Haerin, even though Haerin wouldn't say a word to her or acted cold to her she still kept trying to get her attention. Jimin knows Haerin doesn't like her but she thinks its best to try because she might change her mind.
"That's mine, sorry about that Minji.. I should've came up and got it myself. Hope you forgive me!"
"Yeah, its whatever.. Hyein just give Jimin the tray, she can take it herself cant she?"
Jimin scoffed but then put on a smile realising Haerin just came through the staff door.
"It's fine Hyein.. I'll take it, but I think I might need someones help.."
The statement was obviously aimed at Haerin, but Haerin just carried on taking drink orders ignoring Jimin's cries for her attention.
After some begging, Jimin gave up and just took the drinks by herself, sighing in defeat.
Minji and Hyein started to laugh, they always found it funny when Haerin ignored Jimin. Something about it seemed so pleasing to see.
Minji noticed someone coming in through the door and she could recognise that hairstyle anytime, Pham Hanni. Hanni was a regular at the bar and she hated Minji, the reason is that she always made fun of her for not having a boyfriend. Minji hated Hanni because she always had a bitchy attitude, one of the things that Minji hates.
Hanni walked to the counter and took a seat infront of Minji, sitting on the wooden stools. Minji bit her inner cheek and gave a glare before yawning and leaning over the counter to meet with Hanni's face.
"I'll have the usual."
"Make it yourself."
"What? How am i supposed to do that, thats your job. Not mine."
Minji raised her eyebrows and turned to make Hanni's drink. She was feeling a bit mischievous so she grabbed a small salt packet from the salt tub and poured it in Hanni's drink without her noticing. Twirling the cup around so the sat wasn't that noticeable.
"What's taking you so long!?"
"Shut up or you'll pay double for the drink!"
Hanni stayed silent after that, looking down at her phone swiping left or right on Tinder. She was desperate to get a boyfriend, all her friends had one. Except from Danielle somehow. Which was quite surprising since she was absolutely gorgeous. When Hanni heard her name being called by Minji she looked up to see her holding her drink.
