The team is gathered in the conference room, an explosion happened earlier that morning in Florida.

"Pipe bombs." Gideon says throwing the file onto the cluttered table.

Morgan hands the older man a photo of the remains of the package. "Packed in cardboard boxes."

""Package bombs." Hotch states.

"Sent through the mail?" Gideon asks.

"No. The other picture in your hand is the switches that ATF found. Same mechanism for both bombs mercury activated." Morgan informs.

"What does that mean?" Elle asks.

"There are contacts to a detonator on either end of a bent tube full of mercury." Spencer says pointing it out in the picture for Elle.

"What it means is all you have to do is tilt the package to detonate it." Morgan says putting his hands up to demonstrate the tilting.

"So they couldn't of been dent through the mail. The bomber had to deliver them himself." Adelaide states handing Spencer a photo of a different fragment of the bomb.

"Exactly."

Hotch stands with one hand on his hip and the other pointing at the photos, "strange way to commit and act of terrorism. Why go to all this trouble to kill just a few people?" He questions.

"Lets recommend not raising the terror alert level for now." Gideon says looking at Hotch. "No reason to spread panic."

"We got news." JJ informs them, walking through the door picking up the TV remote, turning it on. "This is just a local channel, but the coverage is everywhere now. CNN, Fox, MSNBC, Al Jazeera, you name it."

"So much for not spreading panic." Hotch says turning towards the team.

"According to doctors, he's badly injured but in stable condition in the ICU. Now, neighbours say that they heard a blast at about 10:30 this morning and police arrived shortly-"

"If DHS doesn't raise the terror alert now, they'll look weak." Gideon says speaking over the news reporter.

"Make sure Homeland security knows that this is everywhere." Hotch instructs JJ.

JJ turns to leave the room when an explosion goes off on the TV making the news reporter silent.

"Looks like we're going to Palm Beach. Lets meet at the airstrip in twenty."

"Ladies and gentlemen, this live. I repeat this is live. There's been another..." the news reporters voice drowns out as everyone leaves the room.

"Bombing occurred within three miles of each other. First victim was a 74-year old old widow, Barbara Keller."Hotch says walking into the main seating part of the jet, placing a photo of the victim on the table between Spencer and Elle. "Two hours after that, Clurman got hit in his driveway, and forty-five minutes later, well, we all saw that. Jill Swenson, 34-year old housewife who lived across the street from Clurman. Of the three only Clurman survived." He finishes, sitting down opposite Gideon putting the third victims picture in front of him.

"Is there any connection between the victims?" Spencer asks.

"One. Clurman was a partner in a $10-million condo development deal, in which Keller was an investor. And a few weeks ago, the whole deal went bust." Hotch informs them all.

"Went bust how?"Adelaide asks, walking from the little coffee space with two mugs in her hands.

"Geologists discovered that the land was on methane, the condos never got built, the land became worthless and Clurman lost a lot of people a lot of money." Hotch replies.
