The rest of school ended without a hitch. Before anyone else could bother him, Minho fled for his dorm with the gratifying thought of being free. There was homework, but it seemed that it was true that Lee Minho's original intelligence was kept--when he looked over it in class, it looked easy enough. He just needed to complete it quickly and finally let loose.

Alas, Minho's freedom was fleeting.

When he opened the door to his dorm, he was reminded of how much of a mess it was in. Even the bed was piled with random junk, meaning he couldn't lie down comfortably like he wanted to.

"What the hell?" Minho whined, kicking some books out of the way. "I thought he takes tutoring lessons in his dorm? How does he do it in this state?"

{ Answer: the lessons take place in a studying room located in the dorm, } Casper answered. It pecked the window, prompting Minho to open it and let the system in. It seemed hesitant to step onto the messy pile of papers on the desk.

With a grumble, Minho picked up the books and stacked them by a wall. First things first, if he were to rest properly in the comforts and privacy of his own bedroom, he needed to make it suitable for living.

"I don't have any other quest scheduled for today, right?" he asked.

{ None. }

Minho rolled up his sleeves, his eyes blazing with conviction.

"I don't care if Minho's character is meant to be sloppy...I can't live in this shithole, bruh. If the bedroom is the one place I can be myself, I'm going to make sure it's the fucking best."

{ Notice: this is out of character for Lee Minho, } Casper cawed.

"But no one's here to see me being out of character, so it doesn't matter," Minho countered, keeping his gaze on the sprawled clothes in the closet. "Plus, if he's lived in the dorms for all of high school, he has to have taken the trash out a few times at the least. It's not entirely odd."

Casper remained silent, and Minho smirked.

He surpassed the system once again.

The sun was setting by the time Minho placed the last shirt in the drawer. At last, the floors were cleared, the bed was made, the desk was cleaned, and the room was freshened up. There were even some cool posters he found in the corner of his closet that he hung up, giving the walls color and life.

All he needed to do now was throw away the filled trash bag in the community bin at the corner of the hall.

Wiping away some sweat with his forearm, Minho placed the bag outside his door and stretched, realizing that he didn't take a break through the cleaning process. Focusing on the satisfying cracks of his back, he failed to hear the door opening to the right of him.

"Oh, I didn't expect to see you again so soon."

Minho turned his head to the side, letting his white hair slip down, only to see the boy from before. He was out of his school uniform and was wearing a turtleneck sweater and grey sweatpants. Meanwhile, Minho was still in the blouse of the school uniform. Somehow, it made him feel less fashionable.

His crimson eyes glanced at the nameplate by the door.

"So he's Lucas Francois," Minho thought, irked. What were the chances of a person you're avoiding being your dorm neighbor? He was a supposed "irrelevant human" to the storyline, but Minho was bumping into him quite frequently.

"You're cleaning out your room?" Lucas asked, eyeing the trash bag. "That's the first."

"...You have a problem with that?" Minho replied with a click of his tongue.
