We all sat awkwardly at the dinner table Cory and jack where on each side of me ,Mikey, Gerard, Donna where on the other side with my dad on the end.
"So Taylor I hear you guy use to be home schooled" Donna asks
"Yep" I say looking down at my plate
"Your dad told me about your mom" she says and I drop my fork "she sounded wonderful" I look up at her and she smirks at me
I look over at my dad "you told her?" I ask him
"Well she asked-" I cut him off
"So, you didn't need to tell her" I half yell
"Taylor calm down, its not a big deal" my dad says
"Not a big deal! mom is a big deal and when you bring a woman into are house that looks just like her it doesn't help!" I yell standing up
"Taylor" jack stands up by me
"No I know you see it to, and I know Cory does because he told me! you said that we moved here to start over but the first person you meet looks exactly like her! how do you expect for any of us to move on when you do this!" I yell feeling tears roll down my face
"Taylor go to your room" he says angrily
I run up to my room slamming the door shut and letting myself cry.
I go into my closet and dig around until I fined a small box , I grab it sitting it on my lap.
I open it and take out the pictures of me an mom and the rest of the family. I go through every one of them feeling more and more tears roll down my face as I remember every one.
I pick one up of me and my mom on my 16th birthday two days before she died. I look at me and her and the smile of hers that I miss so much.
I hear someone open my door and I look up to see my brothers Cory and jack.
"I'm s-sorry for earlier" i sniff looking at the picture
They both come in and sit on the floor by me picking up some pictures.
"Hey remember this, Cory just got off his first roller coster with dad " jack says showing me one and I smile at the memory
"Yea look at this one, it's dads birthday, mom smashed the cake in his face" Cory shows us the picture and we all laugh
Gerard's pov:
I walk up to Taylor's room I see that the door is cracked open a little and I hear laughing.
I peek in and see them looking a photos and laughing.
"They always use to laugh like that" marry (aka Donna) says
"They really miss you" I reply
"Yea, but they'll get through it" she pats my shoulder
"Why did you pick me?" I ask
"Because I know you'll take care of her, and not only you but the others to" she says
"She's going to find out"
"She'll understand, she's always liked different" marry says "let's go" she says and we head down stairs
"Thanks for dinner" marry says to John (Taylor's dad)
"Your welcome and I'm sorry about Taylor she's just.. still hurting" he says
"It's fine" she smiles "well good bye, c'mon boys" she calls and we follow her out of the house
"When are you going to tell them?" Mikey asks
"It's not them it's her" marry says
"What, Taylor?" he asks
"Yes, she is my daughter" marry says
"I still don't understand how she's not like us" Mikey says
"I told you before she was born that she was going to be born human they all where" she says
"But you where a vampire while pregnant with all of them, how could they be human?" I ask
"Nature has its kicks, and luckily they never found out about me" she says
"I still don't know how you did that, hiding for so long" I say
"It was hard, but she well find out" she says
