{The carpet ride of your life!}

It was currently late afternoon and (Y/n) who was a second year Scarabia student at Night Raven College was seen in their dorm room studying. Exam week was coming up quick and (Y/n) wanted to do well on their exams so whenever they have free time they used it to study as much as possible. You could say that (Y/n) was a bit stressed about the exams coming up but that would've been a understatement. (Y/n) was worried they would fail their exams so they've been paranoid about not studying enough. However that day while (Y/n) was in their room studying there was a knock on their dorm room door. (Y/n) looks towards the door a bit puzzled as they weren't expecting anyone to visit them. They get up from their desk and stretched before walking to their dorm room door and opening the door. (Y/n) was a bit surprised when they saw it was the housewarden of Scarabia Kalim Al-Asim standing outside their door. (Y/n) and Kalim have spoken often as they had a lit of classes together so it wasn't to odd he would suddenly stop by to see (Y/n). "Oh good afternoon Kalim I wasn't aware you were gonna pay me a visit. I thought you were busy with some housewarden work?" To which after they said that Kalim let's out a small laugh and says to (Y/n) "Well I was...but I got bored sitting at my desk so I decided to take a break. But I know you have been studying a lot as well so I figured you needed a break as well." To which (Y/n) was a bit surprised by Kalim being aware of how much they've been studying lately. "Oh and before you even try saying no don't bother. You need a proper break from studying and I know if you stay in your room you'll probably study even more than relax. So I'm having you follow me to have a fun break wether you like it or not." To which before (Y/n) could do anything Kalim has already grabbed their hand and pulled out if their room. Their dorm room door was shut as Kalim leads (Y/n) to his treasure room. Once inside Kalim starts looking around for something. "Did you misplace something in here Kalim and didn't want Jamil to find out? Is that why you brought me here?" (Y/n) asked with a small laugh as Kalim also laughed at what they said before saying to them "No no I didn't lose something I'm trying to find- Oh there it is." Kalim says as a magic carpet flies around him and then you as well before laying on the floor. "I figured a nice magic carpet ride would help you and I relax for a little while. Now quick get on before it gets to dark." Kalim says as him and (Y/n) sit on the magic carpet. The magic carpet starts lifting from the floor before it goes out a window in the treasure room. The view of the Scarabia Dorm along with a sunset in the background, was a beautiful sight to see especially from a high place. Kalim who was controlling the magic carpet was also enjoying the view from where they were on the magic carpet. He flew them up and over the clouds in the sky as they both chatted about how their week has been or school work for a while. However they both lost track of time and by the time they returned to the treasure room in the Scarabia Dorm it was nine o'clock at night. Jamil who has been looking for Kalim for a while enters the treasure room and sees Kalim and (Y/n) who had just returned from their magic carpet ride. "Kalim I tole you if you were going to use your magic carpet to at least tell me you will be gone. I've been looking for you for over an hour." Jamil says scolding Kalim who says to Jamil "Oh heh sorry Jamil I just wanted to help (Y/n) take a break from studying so much that I forgot I didn't tell you." To which after he said that Kalim and Jamil said goodbye to (Y/n) who says goodnight to them before they head to their dorm room for the night. Even though Kalim got scolded by Jamil he felt like it was worth it seeing (Y/n) look happy and relaxed on their magic carpet journey. (Y/n) once inside their dorm room gets themselves ready for bed as they did feel much more relaxed after hanging our with Kalim on his magic carpet ride.
