~ Han's POV Part Two ~

As soon as Han boarded the plane, he turned to Y/N and asked if she wanted to sit together and watch anime to help pass the time. She agreed and sat down next to the window. He reached up to put his and Y/N's bags in the overhead bin and sat down next to her. When the plane was finally airborne and leveled out, he pulled out his laptop. He had asked Y/N what she would like to watch, and she had replied that she would leave the choice up to him. He smiled as he handed her one of the ear buds so she could hear as well. She had dozed off for a little bit that afternoon, and Han took the opportunity to study her features. When he saw her shiver, he reached for a blanket and covered her gently. Han decided to take a break and work on writing music for a bit. She had woken up an hour after falling asleep so he put his laptop up and just talked with Y/N for a while. He was amazed at the common interests and views that they shared. He was happy to find that he could make her laugh and smile easily.

By the time they landed and piled into the vehicle, Han could tell that everyone's energy was dwindling. It had been a long flight with limited movement. As they pulled up, he was amazed at how beautiful the residence was. He followed Y/N inside and took a few moments to tour the house. There were five suites with two of them sharing a large bathroom, a kitchen area, a dining area, a living area, and a backyard patio with two pools. They met in the living area to discuss room arrangements. Han saw an opportunity and suggested that he and Y/N take one adjoining suite. His pulse raced when she agreed. However, when he slipped into the bathroom to place his toiletries on the sink, he saw Y/N and wondered if he might have pressured her. So he asked if she was really alright with the arrangements. She assured him that she was and left to change so they could go out to dinner.

They had decided to go out to The Pavilion to eat and go to the club afterward for dance night. At the restaurant once the food arrived, everything looked so good that Han, Lino, Felix, and Y/N ended up trying everything. After their stomachs were full and food had settled, they walked to the club. While they danced all together in a tight circle, it became apparent that it was crowded. People kept bumping into each other so the guys put Y/N in the middle to help protect her. Felix and Lino kept their distance so Han was able to dance as close to her as possible. She was very graceful and moved well along with the music. Halfway through the night, someone had bumped into Lino and caused him to collide with Y/N, causing her to lose her balance. Han caught her in his arms and pulled her body against his. Her eyes widened with shock before she laughed, apologizing quickly. Lino looked annoyed until he saw Han holding Y/N. He smirked at Felix as they exchanged knowing glances. The rest of the night went off without a hitch. Han was grateful for the opportunity to dance with Y/N but feeling her body move along with his was exquisite torture. Finally Felix glanced at them, sweating down his face and breathing hard. Determining that everyone was tired, they decided that they had enough and were ready to go back and sleep.

Once they got back to the residence, Han had gone into his room and changed into more comfortable clothes. He had heard Y/N in the bathroom so he joined her in there to brush his teeth. He had asked her if she had fun. She replied that she had, especially since it had been a while. Han was struck with envy. She seemed to have a carefree life, and he wished that he could have that as well as being a part of Stray Kids. He asked her what it was like, and her answer made him rethink how he viewed his situation. When she had offered to show him her breathing and grounding technique, his interest was piqued. She walked him through it, her voice washing over him like a soothing balm, the warmth of her hands radiating energy into his. He opened his eyes after a bit, and his breath caught at how beautiful she was in that moment. He slid his fingers in between hers and squeezed them gently. Her eyes flew open, and he found himself drowning in the swirling depths. He smiled, trying to slow his racing heartbeat. He didn't want the night to end, but he knew that he needed to be patient. Standing up, he offered his hand to her and pulled her up. She was close, her body a hairbreadth away from his, her lips slightly parted. It was all he could do to keep from kissing her. Smiling, he bid her good night and retreated back into the safety in his room. As he closed his door, he leaned his forehead against it, letting the coolness of it bring his body temperature down.
