~ Our Song ~

Several months pass and it's almost time for Christmas. You and Han are in the recording studio getting ready to play a song you and Han wrote. Chan listens to it while you both eagerly wait for his reaction. The song ends, and a quiet suspense ensues for a moment while he processes it. He leans back in his chair before glancing at you and Han.

"Wow...guys...this is really good. Do you have any other ideas for it?"

Han glances at you before replying.

"Well, we kind of discussed a choreo that we thought would really round it out. But it is definitely a sexier type of song than we've done in the past. But Enyphen has had a similar choreography that we were hoping to incorporate."

Chan looked thoughtful as he tried to imagine the setup you guys were trying to pitch.

"So you want to bring in female dancers for this choreo?"

You glance at Han nervously.

"Yes. Han and I were hoping that we could be the main vocals and lead dancers. But we want Lino, Hyunjin, and Felix to collaborate with us for the choreography."

Chan sucks air through his teeth signaling his apprehension.

"I would really like to push this song through. My only concern is JYP."

Han nods.

"I know. I thought about that too."

Chan sits back as he contemplates his next step.

"Why don't we bring Changbin in to listen and see what he says?"

Some time later, after you asked Changbin to come to the recording studio, he was thinking intensely after the song ended.

"It's really really good. I want to do this song. Have you talked to JYP yet?"

Everyone shook their head.

"Well, since this is a different type of song, why don't we work on the vocals and choreography for it and then present it to JYP?"

Chan nodded in agreement.

"That might make it easier to approve if he could visualize it."

Han leans back to glance at you as he nods.

"Agreed."

"Okay, so we need to start practicing then?" You murmur quietly.

As Chan starts working on laying a track down for the song, he guides you both onto the next step.

"Yes, you and Han talk with Seungmin and IN to figure out vocals. Then talk to Lino, Hyunjin, and Felix about the choreo. Once we have that hashed out, let's have a quiet meeting and figure out how to learn and practice with our schedule."

You nod as you stand up.

"Sounds good."

You and Han track down Seungmin and IN and brief them in. You play the song for them. Seungmin was the first to respond.

"Wow...that's really good."

Han asked, "Can you guys flesh out the vocals so we can talk to danceracha for the choreography?"

Seungmin nods as he replies, "Yes, we can do that."

Next you and Han find the danceracha in the dance studio. They stop dancing and sit down to hear the song.

"So you said that you had some ideas?" Hyunjin asks as he starts to run ideas through his head.

You nodded as you glanced at Han.
