Reapers POV

i was sitting on the floor when i heard cars pull up and than i hear muffled talking, i stand up and stretch my arms out. i stand behind the door reaching for my newly found knife as i hear the voices get closer, with every step they take the less muffled they sound until i can make out words and voices.

i hear a deep raspy British voice muffled by the wooden door. the steps are heavy and loud yet not loud enough for me to understand.  

i slowly step back from the door holding the knife firmly in my hand, my knuckles turned white from the tightened grip on the knife. they are getting closer to the door their words become almost understandable.

"what's the plan?"

"we need to get back at graves"

"but that's risky right now"

the more they speak the more i understand.

its the team, they must of 

 back to the safe house. that means they found Alejandro and his men, yet i only hear 4 voices so where's the others?

i stand back slightly out of view as i hear them step up to the door, the knob turns but it felt slow, the tension in the air was thick, i know its just the team but the threat of it not being them is still there in my mind.

i know you all hate cliff hangers but im really burnt out rn and its been weeks since i last updated any of my storys so i do want to say sorry about that i have just been busy and dealing with some irl problems but my finger is no longer broken and i may get the next one out soon (i hope ofc) so just sit tight im doing my best :)
