I finally arrived back home, slamming the door shut as I heard Rengoku and Uzui talking. I started taking off my shoes as I saw a worried Rengoku running down the hallway,
"Y/N!! I WAS SO WORRIED!!"
He exclaimed, wrapping his arms around me in a warm embrace, Ipo hugged him back, Kissing his cheek lightly.
"What do you mean for now..?"
"O-Oh.. Nothing-!!"
"No you clearly meant something."
"It just slipped out thats all, trust me.."
I mumbled in his ear kissing his cheek again, I hugged him tight, still a bit shook from the encounter with the uppermoon.
"I love you.."
"I love you too."
I pulled back from the hug, kissing Rengoku. He kissed me passionately, wrapping his arms around my waist. I kissed him back, putting my arms around his neck, resting them on his shoulders. After about a minute I pulled back, catching my breath.
(BRO I CANT DO THIS WITHOUT IT SEEMING CRINGE.. PLEASE GIMME SOME REASSURANCE 😭😭😭)
I hugged him again, feeling safe in his arms, I wished that we could just hug forever.
"If I told you I could bring you to a mission tomorrow-- would
you come with me..?"
"Ofcourse!! Are you insane!!?"
I responded, getting a bit loud. I hugged him tighter.
"Well then we will meet on this porch tomorrow- err well this evening?"
(it's like 2:48AM in the story-)
"It's a date!! Wait- NO I- I DIDN'T MEAN LIKE A DATE DATE-- LIKE A-"
I was panicking and Rengoku could problably tell, considering how he chuckled,
"I know what you meant Y/N.."
Ok.. That helped calm me down a bit, I hugged him tightly before we said our goodbyes, as I went upstairs, getting on my pajamas as I finally laid down, going to sleep.
