Right person, Right time

Part 1

This chapter was written on 2023. I edited some errors, and confusing sentences. Though hindi s'ya perfect, but the storyline improved somehow. Bear with my grammars please! :((

CHAPTER ONE

Nextweek will be our vacation, relaxation day!

Me and Vyra, my other friend, planned on getting vacation on Villamorez Beach. Just the four of us. Me, Ara, Vyra, Dave. Marunong naman ako mag-drive, so as my two friends, si Ara lang talaga hindi. Takot daw s'ya sa mga napapanood n'ya sa k-dramas.

I got up and packed my clothes for the trip, ginawa din naman ni Ara. I'm excited to see the resort so much!

"Mag ingat kayo sa byahe ah?" Bilin ni mom sa'min as we prepare for our road trip.

"Ikaw Liana. Pag da-drive mo ha, tignan-tignan mo, anak." Mom said while pointed her finger on me.

"Yes mom.. we'll be careful." I replied habang tinatawanan ako ng tatlo.

"Wala na ba kayong kailangan?" Dad asked us.

"Andito na lahat ha?" He lifted two eco bags at dinala sa trunk ng kotse. "Yes po tito!" Ara said excitedly.

"Liana, iwas sa lalake." Dad softly glared at me habang sinabe n'ya yon. I contained my reaction and just sighed and agreed.

We left after preparing stuff for the vacation.

"Buti pinapayagan ka na Lana 'no? If hindi, kikidnapin ka talaga namin." patawang sabi ni Dave.

"Baliw 'to, ede mas lalong hinigpitan to." Batok ni Vyra sa kan'ya.

"Bakit?! Hindi naman malalaman!" Kamot naman ni Dave sa ulo n'ya.

"Pwede naman kasi ipaalam, bano ka" Isa pang kaltok mula kay Vyra.

"Putcha, sakit! babae ka ba talaga?!" aamba pasana ng isa pang kaltok si Vyra ng umilag bigla si Dave.

I just giggled at their asaran. It look so peaceful seeing us having a bond together. It's like I'm having vacation with my siblings. Kulang lang talaga si Charlo, Maggy, and... Cholo. Busy si Cholo sa ewan anong case sa department nila, kapatid naman n'ya na si Charlo, date daw with her girlfriend, si Maggy naman, family trip. Of course, family comes first 'no!

I'm the one who's driving the car, Ara on shotgun sit to be my navigator, Dave and Vyra on the back. They were still bickering so Ara decided to volume up the music. Still, nothing.

"Katahimikan please!" Ara shut them up both and puts on her sunglasses.

We enjoyed the sceneries na nadadaanan namin. From view of the city, to place na mapuno, green and cool atmosphere. Dave rolled down his window with his shades on habang ineenjoy ang hangin we're passing through. Vyra did the same thing and pulled her phone to take pictures and videos of the view.

"Ang peaceful.." Ara said calmly habang ngumunguya ng popcorn. Inalok n'ya na subuan ako ng popcorn and I accepted it. I love this roadtrip so much. I'm lucky to have my friends like this.

"O.M.G. WE'RE HERE!" Vyra got off the car so did Dave. Ara stretched as she inhaled.

"Nakakamiss pala mapunta sa province no?" Siko niya kay Dave.
