"The Viscount Druitt, also known as Aleister Chambers. He graduated from medical school but has never gone into practice, Lately, he's thrown several parties at his home. But behind the scenes at the same soirees are secret gatherings that only his intimates may obtain"

"I've heard that he's into black magic and that there's a cult.."

"So your suspicion is that he's holding these parties to perform ritualistic sacrifices of local prostitutes"

"Tonight is the last party of the season, which means this is our last chance"

"My my, don't you look eye-catching?" Ash took a few steps back to admire his own handiwork, my hair and makeup.

"You think?"

"I know."

At his comment, I couldn't help but look away bashfully, as I turned I spotted my vase, there were two red roses out of the entire bouquet, how pretty. It seemed Ash had caught me looking at the roses because he stood up and walked over to the vase, pulling out a pair of scissors...somewhere, and cutting one rose off its long stem, still leaving a bit there as he walked behind me, "Red. The colour of passion and desire. A burst of blood, beating like a heart. The essence of life and vitality. A blazing fire, its flames never ceasing. The red of love burns strong in the hearts of those it holds."

"Poetic aren't you?" We were just a bit late...the only purpose was for me to catch Grell when she was leaving, but not to catch her out for being Jack the Ripper, no, I just wanted to catch her eye...I liked red, in fact, I owned a red satin dress so this outfit wasn't bothering me at all, quite the opposite actually. And Ash complimenting me only boosted my ego.

He chuckled, I was about to turn to say something else but he suddenly, but gently, kept my head still, I felt him adjusting my hair for a few minutes...He then handed me a mirror as he turned my back toward the vanity. I held up the mirror and saw my hair, the rose Ash had taken from the vase was now in my hair, and was the finishing touch I never knew I needed.

"Ash..." I breathed out his name as he gently rubbed my shoulders, leaning in from behind,

"Red...It makes you look more captivating than you already are..." I felt his warm breath near my ear and it made my mind go blank, he pulled away, his fingers gliding along my shoulders off and gently to my hand, "Shall we go?" he pulled me up effortlessly, his hair swayed with the movement as he moved to stand to my left, his right hand at my back gently guiding my out of the room, down the stairs and to the carriage. All of that was a blur as I was still stunned by Ash's actions, This was the first time he got this close, but I wasn't bothered by it at all.

I looked out the window to see a large white manor. A lot of carriages were already there...If I'm timing this correctly then by the time I arrive Grell should be walking out to...kill.

But since she doesn't know me yet it'll be the perfect excuse to talk to Sebastian, reintroduce myself, etc.

As the realisation that I'll be actually meeting, well...seeing Grell in person for the first time I made sure my hair was perfect and nothing was out of place,

The carriage halted and Ash was the first to get out, offering a hand to me as I stepped down, I just wanted to twirl in the gorgeous dress, Never once have I worn a dress of such elegance. But I took in a deep breath and began walking up the stairs. As I took steady steps up the stairs. That's when I saw a figure walking down the steps,

I took in a breath, Grell, in her butler form seemed to be focused on something as she walked down the steps looking down at her feet, however, as we were about to walk past each other she paused as her eyes caught the hem of my dress and looked up, I could see her eyes widen as I walked past her, her gaze followed up my dress to meet my eyes, I gave a soft smile, continuing to look at her for a little while longer until I turned back around and I and Ash reached the door. I walked in with my arm hooked with Ash's, during this, I could feel her gaze on the back of my head until I entered the ball, only when I was in the crowd did I feel her look away.

I had to hold myself back from squealing, I knew I would meet her after the murder of Mary Jane Kelly but I wanted to make a strong first impression.

I had to stop myself as I had to remember the task at hand, Sebastian's voice instantly catching my attention "Pardon me, sir, would you kindly assist me?" It's the "magic" trick about to be performed, I swerved around couples as I tried to get a better look, and also see the situation with Ciel,
"A normal cabinet, Once I climbed inside shut it tightly and bind it with these chains, then, simply run it through with a sword"

Ash followed me close and managed to get a view of Sebastian before he stepped into the Cabinet, his eyes instantly caught me as they narrowed "Prepare for a performance of true magic"

I see Lau looking seemingly sceptical and doubtful, but that instantly vanished as he pierced the top of the Cabinet with the blade, and he kept going with swords at every angle until the chains practically disintegrated. Noises of shock and surprise arose from the crowd as I and Ash held back laughs, the door of the cabinet opened to reveal Sebastian, setting out completely unscathed.

"Sebastian! How incredible!"

"Indeed, for a moment there I worried I killed you,"

As the crowd dispersed I signalled Ash away as I managed to catch Sebastian alone, walking up behind him and tapping him on the shoulder, "Excuse me?"

He turned after taking off the mask, "Miss," he bowed, "I noticed you in the crowd, may I assist you with anything? I'm afraid I am in a bit of a hurry," I pulled out the Queen's letter that I received and handed it to him, he looked at me suspiciously before reading the contents of the letter... "So you're here." he looked back up at me and continued to ask, "Did the Queen also tell you who to look for? Or did you simply take your chances?"

"I knew." I smiled,

"Well I'm afraid you're quite late, my master has caught the Viscount-"

"But it's not the Viscount, is it?" I tilted my head, Sebastian paused, narrowing his eyes at me but still smiling,

"And what might you know?" My eyes caught Ash behind Sebastian, quite far bit still listening, sipping a glass of champagne,

"I know that there is still one person left on the suspect list, I also know that Madam's butler has left, quite early in fact" I wasn't looking at Sebastian but looking at Madam Red, enjoying herself when the butler once stood next to her is now gone.

"Quite smart of you, My Lady,"

"Is that what the Queen says I am? A Lady?" I spoke but didn't give him time to answer as Ash walked up from behind Sebastian and linked arms with me as we disappeared in the crowd, however, I felt eyes on me, digging into the back of my head. I tapped Ash's arm, he leaned in as I whispered, "Somebody's been staring, is it, Sebastian?" I asked Ash and he turned, looking for me as he led me forward...

"It's the Madam, my Lady..."
