So I should've put a warning but if some were reading this book and it happened to disappear- apologies...
I was unhappy with the early chapters of this book and the rewrite I did a while ago didn't really fix it all that much.
Here are some things changed. (at this point just reread the whole book)
- removed some scenes in the first few chapters,
-Book is now in chronological order, (beginning with the red butler arc)
-added the ending of Indian butler arc while rewriting as well as putting the circus arc back in where it should be (well it's currently in rewriting as publishing this)
-simplified a lot of things regarding [Name]'s backstory and abilities since I feel as if it may be too complicated (I did keep some initial ideas)
Also another thing is I've decided that [Name]'s true backstory will never 100% be revealed, I'll leave it to the imagination.
That's the gist of it basically...
Early chapters are still short, they get longer.
Writing this while still updating the book: just reread the whole damn book at this point I've changed a shit ton of things ESPECIALLY IN EARLY CHAPTERS
I also thought of changing the title since the title directly relates to the first idea of this book and what it was, a Herrscher of the Void! Reader x black butler but I've scrapped that idea a while ago. Also reader would've been wayyy too op lol
It's just a normal x reader now...
yes...
just a normal...reader.
In third person.
But I've decided to keep the title. As not only would I have to change all the banners but as a homage to the original idea and idk it lowk has a ring to it.
If anyone was wondering it's in latin and translates to "Lady of the Void" but obviously the title doesn't have much meaning now lol
Update as of 2026: the title changed to now actually relate to the story
