Savannah's POV

Carter left to greet the drivers that came back first so that gave me time to talk with Monica. "Selena I'm not exactly comfortable with the way he is looking at you?" "Carter?" "Yeah" "M, he's a guy there is absolutely nothing I can do to stop him from staring. I like that effect I have on guys, but the way he's staring at me is like he wants to do things we are never gonna do. But if him staring at my body thinking he's gonna have a piece one day helps me get the job done then I have to do this." "Okay, just be careful I've been here long enough to know what he's capable of." I sat up and saw the genuine concern and worry on her face for me. "Did he ever force you to do something you didn't want to?" She just looked at me and didn't say anything "that motherfucker" I thought. I nodded and kissed the side of her head. I went up to my room and wore the clothes I was wearing earlier again. When I went back out to the pool I saw Rome, Brian and Monica talking.
"Sup guys" "Sup" we all sat down and I started eating the fruits that I saw on the table. Carter started walking towards us. The guys were all talking but Monica and I just stayed quiet listening to every word and eating the fruits.
I laughed a little when Carter opened the envelope and took out a cigar case, a lighter and a cutter. We all got up and followed Carter to whatever he wanted to show the guys. Monica and I just walked behind them, not wanting to get in the way. He had a job for the guys, he wanted them to carry something from North Beach to the Keys. Brian asked what it was, but instead of giving him a straight answer Verone just told him to transport what he tells them and don't let anybody stop them. Carter was willing to pay them 100 grand if they completed the job.
"I got an idea. Why don't you boys join us at the club later tonight?" Carter asked and Monica said,"Yeah Pearl at Midnight." I whispered to her, "were going clubbing?" She just nodded. "Get to know each other better." "Sounds good" after Brian said that they shook hands and Carter said he'll see them tonight. I walked away from all of them, Carter yelled, "Where are you going?" I turned back around and shouted, "Shopping and don't let any of your goonies follow me or it won't end pretty for them. I'm a tuff girl Verone, I can handle myself just fine." He just laughed. He stopped the boys and said something to them. I reached my car and saw Carter's goonies standing by the gate. I got in my car and drove towards the gate, I looked out my window and said, "Follow me and I'll make your mama's wish she kept her legs close."

I went to different stores buying multiple dresses that I thought would look nice for tonight, if I'm gonna do my job right I have to have Carter staring at me and I also want to take some of the pressure from Monica she's been here so long, only God knows what she's had to endure with the guy. I took a break from shopping to meet up with Brian and Rome. I know that they would be heading to Tej's garage first because before I went back to the pool after I got dressed I took a little peek under Brian's hood, his car was so freaking wired up. The cops would know when he was driving without his seatbelt.

While in the mall I got sun glasses and a red wig, I changed my outfit, because I had a feeling Carter had them followed.

I parked in the underground parking lot of one of the many buildings on the block and got out. I walked out and walked for 2 minutes before I reached Tej's garage. When I got there Brian was talking to Jimmy. I walked faster to catch up with them, when I got there I heard Rome say it's so humid out here he can't even wear no underwear and Brian agreed with him. "Shit guys, that's way too much information." "What the fuck man!" Rome shouted. I smirked at him, Brian looked at me, "What's up with the wig and the glasses?" "Your not the most observant are you? Well if you were smart enough you would know that Carter Verone has his goonies following you guys, and I can't caught." "Shit" "Just act natural guys" I continued walking ahead of them over to Suki. "Hey mama" "S it's so good to see you, how you doing girl?" "Good, that's some real shit you got there, keep it up maybe one day I'll have you design one of my cars." I walked over to Tej, "Tej Parker, always making money." I sat down beside him and watched his little jet ski race. "What's up baby, I didn't even know you were in Miami." "That's because I'm here on business man, not on vacation from work no more." "Alright special Agent. So what's the name we using?" "Selena Valentino" Suki looked over and said, "Damn girl that's sexy as hell. And those tattoos, you have to keep 2 of those." I smiled at her. I didn't say anything else as Brian and Rome walked up and Brian introduced Tej and Rome. I took the speaker phone from Tej and said, "Common Ray, bring it home for us, that's it man." Tej took the speaker phone and started saying, "Pay up!" Brian and Rome walked over to him and they started talking. When I got over to them I heard Rome say, "I don't want to stay with him. He got bad habits." "Shit Brian, your homeboy ratting you out like that." "Hold up, you know them S?" "Yeah Tej, we are currently working together." Tej just nodded. Brian turned to me and said, "You know Tej?" "Know me? Shit we go way back." "Yeah man,Tej is my brother from another mother. I trust this man with my life." Tej hugged me and I hugged him back. We all walked back to the front of the garage where Jimmy was and Jimmy started explaining what was happening with the cars. Tej started asking questions and I just stayed silent looking at Carter's goonies that were watching us. Brian, Rome and I walked away from the others and Brian finally saw the goonies, he showed them to Rome and I saw the smirk on his face after Brian walked away.
I walked away from him and caught up with Brian. "Yo Rome's got an idea me and you are gonna get 1 of the cars and wait for him, okay? Good." I walked away from him without hearing his answer.

Brian and I were sitting in his car waiting for Rome when Brian shifted and looked at me in the back, "What's your issue with me?" "Me, I got no issue with you man." "So why do you act that way towards me?" I didn't want to answer question so I changed the topic. "I know you let Toretto go back in L.A and lost your job, why did you let him go?" " See I know what your trying to do and it ain't gonna work Selena, you know what nevermind." He turned back in his seat and we went silent waiting for Rome. Brian pulled up as soon as Rome set the guys windshield on fire and took off.
