Swinging her yo-yo into an shield, Marinette leaped into the air, deflecting Ipocrita's blast. It flew into the sky, dissipating into the air.
Ipocrita however just smirked.
"So, It's a battle you want? Game ON! "
Marinette and Chat dipped, twisted and turned in an effort to dodge the blasts.
They ran down to the now empty streets, and continued dodging, clearly at a loss of a plan.
"Not going to lie, I'm feline bored of this, if you cat my drift." Chat huffed.
Marinette fought for breath as she struggled to come up of a plan.
She tried to think of what others would do.
'What would Master Fu do?' Marinette thought.
'What would Tikki or Alya do?' What is the right move to do?
Marinette's eyes flickered from Ipocrita to the frozen Plagg.
Then her eyes widened. She leaped back from another blast.
'Of course!'
"CHAT NOIR! I'LL TAKE IPOCRITA, YOU TAKE PLAGG! YOU TRY TO BREAK THROUGH TO HIM, GET TO HIM!"
Chat looked at her. Suddenly, the world seemed to stop.
His eyes - all of a sudden - seemed to hold the world and all of its secrets.
A blast crashed millimetres from Chat's face interrupting the moment.
"Are you sure, you can take her?"
"Not sure, positive. Especially with this.... LUCKY CHARM!"
The object dropped onto the floor with a crash.
It was a keyboard?
Marinette tried to pick it up, but before she could, she was blasted off her feets, landing on the floor with a bang.
"LADYBUG!"
Chat leaped in front of Marinette, using his baton to block all of Ipocrita's attacks.
At the same time, Marinette's miraculous began to beep.
"SO WHAT'S THE PLAN, M'LADY?" Chat Noir yelled.
"FOLLOW ME!"
Marinette snatched the keyboard from right under Chat's feet, and proceeded to run to the nearest alleyway.
Chat Noir ran after her, huffing loudly.

Ipocrita cackled.
She flew over to the alleyway, and peered in it, only to find there was no one there.
"NOOOOOO!"
