It had only been at least three days since the trio had gone to Lizzie for help, and Katherine was already growing fearful.

Anything could be happening to Shelby right now!

She could be being questioned.

She could be being tortured.

She could not have some of her limbs.

She could be infected.

She could be fucking dead for all Katherine knew.

She was currently pacing nervously in front of Lizzie's Willow Tree, Scott was humming a tune under his breath, and Doc was still asleep inside one of the tents that they had set up in their wait for Lizzie to finish the map.

To try and take her mind off of what could be happening to Shelby at this very moment, Katherine turned to Scott.

"What song is that?"

Scott paused his humming to answer, "it's a song me, Grian, and Lizzie would sing together, I usually find a lot of comfort in it."

"Can you sing it out loud?"

"Sure"

Scott paused before taking a deep breath and started singing.

A young man walking through the forest

With his quiver and hunting bow

He heard a young girl singing

And followed the sound below

There he found the maiden

Who lives in The Willow~

Scott's Scottish voice was beautiful, and complimented the song nicely. Not to mention that the lyrics were already beautiful to begin with. Scott was just helping increase that fact with his voice.

See me now~

Oh ray of light in the moon dance

See me now~

I cannot leave this place

Hear me now~

A strain of song in the forest

Don't~ ask me

To follow where you lead

Katherine couldn't help but hum along to the melodic tune, and even Doc woke up and poked his head out of the tent to see what all the noice was.

She said she'd wed him never

Not near nor far nor soon

See me now~

Oh ray of light in the moon dance

See me now~

I cannot leave this place

Hear me now~

A strain of song in the forest

Don't~ ask me

To follow where you lead

Suddenly the song seemed to take a darker turn.

I'll take the green eyed fairy~

And she shall be my wife

With her I'll raise my children~

With her I'll live my life
