Chapter 24: I Do

The warmth of Jimin's embrace made Jeongyeon's whole being calm down and she was back to her ecstatic state again. She was content and happy knowing that the man she is going to marry is loyal and faithful to her.

She knows in her heart that nobody is perfect and despite Jimin's shortcomings, she knows Jimin loves her very much and he has shown and proven it to her a lot of times already.

They were still lying down in bed...her head and her arm on his chest... his arm over her back shoulder and his hand caressing her hair.

"Chim?"

"Hmm?"

"Please don't drink that much again"

"Aahhh I know I'm sorry I was not thinking.
I missed the guys so much I haven't notice how many I gulped already. Mianhae, honey"

"Can I ask you something?"

"Of course"

"Are you sure on marrying me?"

"Hmm? I have been through hell and you ask me that?" he laughed a bit

"Ah Chim... I just want to know...because..."

"Can't you still feel the certainty I have for you, my honey?"

Jeongyeon looked up to meet his eyes

"It's not that...some people might say you're just gonna marry me because we have a daughter"

"So? It's one of the reasons but the main reason is that I love you...right? Honey, I'm sorry if you don't feel that I assure you enough. But please know that the ring on your finger is my proof of how much I want to marry you...I want to spend forever with you and Hanni and our future children"

"I know that Chim...sorry...maybe I'm just having jitters..."

Jimin kissed her head

"It's ok... I understand you and I know you still have fears inside you...I went through help and therapy but you didn't...and I know you need it most. I am so so proud of you Jeongyeon. How you overcomed a lot of things."

"Thank you for always trying to understand me Chim... I'll try my best to love you in ways that I can."

"Don'y worry too much... as long as we got each other's back... as long as we continue to hold each other's hand... no one can destroy our love for each other. We're a team right?"

Jeongyeon smiled and nodded at him.
Jimin reached out his head to her and
kissed her lips.

Everybody was staring at Hanni when she entered the school. She was bowing down and was super shy. When she got to the library she thought Yeji would be mad at her.

"Unnie... mianhae"

she was surprised that Yeji embraced her.

"Hey...its ok"

"Kamsahamnida unnie...and so sorry to disappoint you." she sadly said

"Its ok. Just don't do it again ok? What happened? Are you now ok with your mom and dad?"

"Ahhh it was just Mae unnie and me in the house. Mom got mad of course and went to Seoul to aunt Momo and dad went after her."

"What?! Jjin jja?!"

"Yes but we're ok now."

"Ok that's good to know. By the way, Minji...gave this to me. She said to give this to you."
