TODAY was me and Mason's first anniversary since we've been together for a year.
I also had this cute idea that I saw a couple do on TikTok and I wanted to do it with Mason. He agreed, so I bought the supplies and we went on our date.
We were at In-N-Out Burger and just had gotten done eating so now we did the paintings, I first tapped the middle and then lend out my palm for the paint in which he squeezed the pink paint bottle into my hands as he goes over the paint with a paintbrush.
I giggle at the weird feeling as the paint spreads in my palm, I then placed my hand onto the canvas which leaves my hand print.
It was now his turn so I grabbed the blue bottle and squeezed it into his hands as I hear him giggling, I smile as I then brush the paint spreading it around his palms.
He then presses his hand onto the canvas next to my handprint, I then take off the tape and grab a pen writing my name in the middle of my handprint replacing where the tape once was.
Mason does the same and then I write the date when we got together which was, August 1st 2022.
We made two so we each could have one, I was also making a TikTok while we made the paintings with the sound from Selena Quintanilla, "I Could Fall In Love".
It was then time to go home so we washed out hands inside and then went into Mason's car and went home.
