"Listen up, precocious baby and purple baby." *Gasps* "The bigger the budget for the project, the lower chance for it to flip. In order to secure actors who are sure to draw viewers, the higher ups have their own battles to fight. The directors with casting authorities are the very select view super heavyweights or those working on low budget small scale films. So, which do I look like to you?" The director explains and asks.

"He looks like a total shut-in, honestly." You whispered to Aqua, and he agreed silently. "I agree."

"I feel like you're a low budget director, mere guess." You replied to the director's question.

Aqua also answers, "Uh, a super heavyweight dire-" "Swing and miss. We're on the set of a low-budget film here." The director cuts Aqua off as he turned around and closed his eyes.

Miyako arrives with Ruby sleeping on her arms, "Director, thank you for taking care of Aqua and Y/n today."

"No, not at all. And we're on the same page about that matter, right?" The director replied. You and Aqua watched and listened to their conversation.

"Er, yes...They have joined strawberry productions as of this month." Miyako says.

"Honestly, weren't we kind of forced into it? Or did you not tell me about what your call was completely about?" You whispered to your brother.

Aqua whispers back, "Fine. I was told by the director that at least one of us is fine for the acting. You could've been at home eating your favourite chocolate pretzels, but I dragged you in. I asked the director if we both could act together.."

"Aqua..." "Yep, I know...Sowy.."

"The thing is, there'll be hell to pay if I use a kid who's not affiliated with the agency." The director continued conversing with Miyako.

"In terms of acting, I feel like my sister is probably better than me." Aqua says.

You gently scratched the side of your cheek with a finger, "I agree, she doesn't even have any experience and she already knows how to act all cute. When she's at home, she's still adorable but moody."

"Nope, it's you both I want. It's in exchange for your performance that I'm giving Ai's part. In this industry,we call this bartering. It's one of the fundamentals, so keep it in mind."

"Bartering Ai for her sons..." Aqua says quietly. You both sighed in unison, but your sigh was heavier.

"Mama! Mama! I wanna go back to mama! Why isn't mama here?!" Ruby complains as she cries like a baby. Reasonable.

Aqua looks at Ruby, "Because Ai doesn't film on the same days we do."

"I wanna go home and snuggle up to her! I wanna be held to mama's breast and be pampered!" Ruby yells, bawling.

You looked at her with a frown, "Ruby.."

"This is a professional worksite, you know! If you came to play, head home right now! Kana Arima, I'm an actress in the film." Kana introduces.

You took notice of her fashion sense that you'll never have. The only thing you wore in your past life were suits.

"Oh right, the clothes she's wearing is for the shot later. Nevermind." You thought.

Ruby cups her chin, "Oh, isn't she..? Hmm, what was it again?"

"You know, I don't really like this girl. Like, she seems fake , and I have an instinctive distaste for her." Ruby judges almost immediately.

"Ruby, no judging just yet. I mean, she can't be thaaat bad." You said with a faint and gentle smile.

"I know about you both! You two are those actors who got in! Back when we did script reading, you and that idol weren't even part of the story. Even Mama said the director forced it through! That's simply not acceptable, okay? I watched the drama the director shot recently, and that idol hardly had any screen time at all. I bet her acting was so horribly, they were forced to cut her parts. Seems the one thing she's good at is buttering people up. Hey, AD, carry my bag." Kana says.

"..."

"Um, well, hold on just a minute..." 'AD' replies, carrying multiple other things.

You looked at Ruby, "Nevermind, I take it back."

"She's just a kid, I won't kill her..." Aqua says with a psychotic and annoyed smile.

After a while, it was finally time to act. The main goal was to just be creepy kids. "How do creepy kids act again?" You asked, cupping your chin as you looked at the sky.

"Creepy." "Okay."

"Aaaaaand start!"

Kana was first to act, "Welcome, woman. Across this path lies a village you might have heard of."

"If you would care to follow us, we would lead you to this village you're trying to get to." You said, your eyes opened to show your full pupils, and you had a straight face yet a soothing and gentle tone.

Aqua did the same as you did but with a faint smile, as he reaches his hand out to the woman, "There's only a single lodging in the village. Once you check in, you might enjoy taking a stroll around there. Well then, if you'd follow us..."

"Cut! That'll do." One of them says, as they stopped filming.

The woman actress was unfazed yet impressed by Kana's acting. However, she had a genuine reaction to you and your brother's acting, "You were both amazing! Sent a chill down my spine when you both spoke!"

"I don't think I did as well as you, Aqua. Good job." You said softly as you smiled at him. He smiles back, "You did great too."

"Director. Reshoot the scene." Kana says quietly. "Huh? There's no problem with it." The director replied.

"There's a huge problem!" Kana yells, crying now. Both you and Aqua watched. And everyone there. "I didn't do nearly as good as those two! Reshoot the scene, please! I'm begging you! I promise I'll do better this time! Director!" Kana cried.

"She's probably doing that for clout. She can cry within 10 seconds." "I agree. I don't like her." Both you and Aqua whispered to each other, judging her together.
