Rafe and Sam have a rough sibling relationship, where Rafe wants Sam to act like a Kook, but Sam doesn't want to. But being a Kook is not as bad when Sam meets someone in his eyes during a party, John B.

How John B introduced Sam?: "That's Sam Cameron, known as the "Kook Prince" and "Sarah twin brother, Sam seemed to look like the other Kook assholes in Outer Banks on the outside, but in the inside, he is just a guy with a heart to his sister, Sarah, and crush on anyone."
