A light caught my eye.

I looked up to see ships that belonged to the first order. My eyes were filled with tears as stormtroopers broke into houses, pulling people out.

Soon, my house was next. Three stormtroopers held their guns to my head, yelling at me in a robotic voice. One laid me out and roughly pulled me to the others.

I lived by myself, I was 23 and doing slightly well for myself.

I was pushed into line and told to stand with the others. We waited. They burned some of our houses and food. We all cried and begged, it was heartbreaking.

One more ship came from the dark sky, through the smoke and clouds. It was a big black ship. It was much bigger than the tie fighters, but not a finalizer. Some more stormtroopers ran out, ready and armed.

A silver one walked out. The general I believe. She was tall and scary and frightened everyone. Next, the commander walked forward.

His name is Kylo Ren.

My planet had known who he was, and what he does. I was scared. I could feel that everyone was scared too.

The force user marched up and down the line of terrified people. He examined them one by one, looking down at them. He started to walk back to his general, still looking at all of us.

Then he passed me.

The next thing I knew, he tripped as his head was still facing in my direction.

Did he fall?

I wanted to laugh, but I remembered he would most likely kill me if I did.

His general acted quickly, pulling up his sleeve. They were the same height, from where I was I couldn't tell who was taller.

The commander shook her off, telling her something that I could not hear. He stood up very fast after the fall, collecting himself as he turned away from my direction.

The general started to speak at all of us in a commanding manner.

"Today, you all will be an example of what the first order will do to allies of the resistance." She said, making all of us panic and yell out.

"Ready." She commanded the stormtroopers. They held up their guns.

"On my mark."

My heart sank as I put my hand over my mouth. I was going to be killed. I started to cry, sob as I felt powerless.

"Aim." She paused.

"Fir-"

"Holt!" The commander yelled out, raising his hand. One shot rang out.

Yells of fear rang out as someone got hit.

It wasn't me.

I was shaking. My life could have been gone, it still very much can. I couldn't see who got hit. They were on the other side of all the townspeople.

Kylo Ren turned towards the general, speaking to her quietly. I didn't care, I was still terrified.

"Let this be an example. We have spared you all." She yelled out to everyone, us quieting down.

Soon, everyone was gone. I was so overwhelmed that I got a headache.

The dead body that just got shot was someone I did not know, but I was still very fearful. I walked back home.

Days have passed. Some troopers have taken shelter here to use all our resources for their gain. I was angry, but more importantly, I was scared. I couldn't do anything.
