(A/N: short One I know. I m late, I know because I am suffering from Conjunctivitis)

SCARLETT'S POV
LOCATION: LEY LINE OF NEXUS

The entire world was in chaos. I stood there, my heart pounding in my chest, as the ground trembled beneath my feet. N'Gabthoth had opened a portal, and Shuma-Gorath's monstrous eye loomed above, partially summoned into our world. We had to act quickly to prevent the Ancient One from fully bringing forth this malevolent entity.

Strange: We must stop N'Gabthoth before it's too late. The fate of the universe depends on us!

I held my crimson glowing sword tightly in my hand, its edges emanating an aura of chaotic energy. With each swing, I channeled my powers through the weapon, cutting through the mindless ones that stood in our way.

Wong, Man-Thing, Magik, Sise-Neg, and Daimon Hellstrom joined in the fray, unleashing their own powers in a coordinated effort to hinder The Mindless Ones.

Strange: Man-Thing! The Books!

With a low guttural sound, Man-Thing lumbered forward, its massive form towering over N'Gabthoth. The creature's eyes glowed with an otherworldly light as it reached out with its long, sinewy arms towards the ancient tomes.

N'Gabthoth snarled and tried to pull the books away, but Man-Thing's grasp was unyielding. The two beings struggled, their powers clashing in a titanic battle for control of the ironbound books.

Meanwhile, the rest of us continued to fight off the mindless ones, doing our best to hold back the tide of chaos.

Scarlet Witch's hex bolts whirled through the air, knocking back waves of mindless ones, while Wong used his mastery of the mystic arts to create protective barriers around us.

Magik wielded her Soulsword with deadly precision, carving through the mindless ones as if they were mere illusions. Daimon Hellstrom conjured hellfire, incinerating the creatures that dared to approach him.

But, N'Gabthoth's overwhelming power was on full display as he effortlessly pushed Man-Thing away with tremendous force, leaving a trail of destruction in his wake. The ground beneath us trembled violently, and the ley line nexus cracked under the pressure of his stomping feet.

As I struggled to regain my strength, I knew that I couldn't let fear paralyze me. With a fierce determination, I mustered all the remaining energy within me and attempted to launch a desperate attack on N'Gabthoth.

I dashed towards him, hoping to catch him off guard. But N'Gabthoth was prepared, and with a single swift motion, he swatted me away as if I were nothing more than an annoying insect.

My body collided with the cracked ground, pain shooting through me as I lay there, trying to catch my breath. Despite my efforts, it seemed that N'Gabthoth was too powerful for me to take on alone.

As I looked around, I saw my fellow heroes lying unconscious, their valiant efforts against N'Gabthoth's mindless ones and dark forces now halted.

As I thought this was the end, suddenly black tentacles emerged from the ground, engulfing the battlefield in their dark embrace. With incredible force, they pierced through the army of mindless ones, forcing them back and creating an opening. In the midst of the chaos, N'Gabthoth was pushed away, crashing into a nearby wall.
