FADED
Faded woke, well sort of. Hazy enough he supposed. A figure stood by him not that he was sure it mattered all that much. "Morning?" He questioned to which the figure shook its head.
"Actually it's 3:30pm. You do understand what happens now?" Questioned the figure.
Faded did not so he simply tilted his head. The figure pulled out what looked to be some sort of red rope. It came crashing down on Faded. Once. Twice. Thrice. A fourth time. A fifth time. A tenth time.
Sometimes pain is strong no matter how weak you tell it to be. Especially when you have cuts all over your back, which would probably leave scars. The person who had brought the pain upon him smirked before throwing bandages at him.
Faded woke up again. He didn't really know the results of the cuts to his back, but he was awake. That much he was sure of. Though it still felt like it hurt, it probably didn't. Take how you don't notice the pain of a cut until it's deliberately pointed out to you.
How those people in movies don't feel pain until someone goes you've been shot. The flashback, the memory. Pointed out cuts to Faded. So why they may not still be hurting, the phantom of pain was certainly still something to look out for.
"GAH!" He semi shouted as he felt a weird pain on the back of his neck. Certainly not the most normal thing for someone to feel he supposed. Then he felt a pinging in the back of his mind as he fell over.
The red figure stared down at Faded. Although this one seemed to be kind of different. He couldn't really tell what the difference was other than this person having a bit of a higher voice. "Oh no we broke something bring it to tech support. WHY DID THEY ASSUME PEOPLE ARE TECH?" Grumbled the red figure.
"Huh?" Asked Faded. He felt like he had 72000 questions but that rolled almost all of them into one. So he chose it. Huh.
"Hey there, my name is Dr Crazy. I am not actually a dr but I do work in tech support so how hard can it be?" Joked the red figure, well Crazy. What kind of name was crazy? Did the guy perhaps get locked in a rubber room?
"Why am I here?" Questioned Faded. Crazy looked as though he felt a ping of guilt.
"Well you see. Uh, you jumped off a building. While you appear fine, when people do stuff like that it is vital to get them to hospital right away. Just to check you know. However the closet thing we have to a hospital if you have fractures would already be dead." Explained Crazy."What if I just don't have fractures?" Quizzed Faded staring at Crazy confused. Why wouldn't he be? Besides when the heck did he jump off a building?
"Well it's not unheard of. But it's extremely rare. Besides. Even if you don't have any. It is still vital to check!" Exclaimed Crazy. Faded sighed. This would be a long day.
He woke up again. Although this time he felt different. As if something had sort of been altered in his brain chemistry but no that couldn't be it. At least Faded didn't think so anyway.
Faded yawned as he exited his house. Looking around, simply sniffing the air as he started walking. He didn't really know where he was going, well he did. Somewhere that much was for sure, but the details weren't exactly on the tip of his mind. Especially because there was a bush which smelt like shortness. "Hm."
Flare woke up with a start. She yawned and stretched. "G'morning Flare, you okay down there?" Questioned Faded.
"Eh. O-oh hi, Faded. Just had a weird dream." Flare closed a journal and placed it in her satchel. She got up and kind of looked at Faded's shoulder.
