Mr. Lim was planning to held an event as Neli accepted his offer to manage his company while he will soon fly back to US to manage their main company.

The event was planned to held on August 7, 2023. On Monday, 11:30AM. Everyone who is working at the company is invited.

JAM'S POV

"Hays, this is so frustrating. Why do I get a job like this?" Jiji said, I look at her and start smiling. She also look at me, confusingly judging my whole soul.

"You know why you get this kind of job?" I asked her while still smiling.

"Why?" She said while taking a sip of her coffee.

"Because we're meant to be and you lo--" I didn't get a chance to finish my words because she started spitting out her coffee. It splash over my face too. YUCK.

She just laughed at what she did. I looked at her furiously.

"YAAAAAAA!!!!!" I shouted. And she immediately covers my mouth and said "Shhhh." I forget that our workmates aren't going home already.

She gets some tissues and started wiping my face while holding her laugh. "You're so corny."

"I hate you. So much."

A moment of silence appeared.

Our leader entered the office and announced something about the event that will be held on monday. And tomorrow will be a busy day for us until Monday. This is for the preparation we have to do fpr the upcoming event. Mr. Lim decide to held it here, therefore we don't have to worry about the hassle we might get from preparing the upcoming event.

Everyone looks excited and happy for the announcement but I was there, wondering about the person I have seen earlier today.

August 6, 2023, SUNDAY
7:00 AM

"Jam!!" I saw Jiji waving her hands from a far.

As I entered the building everyone was minding their own business. They're cleaning, planning for the final look of the event and unboxing lots of things for decoration.

"Here." She said as she handed me some cleaning materials. "I'm sure you'll gonna love this work." She added and smiled at me.

"What am I going to do with this?" I asked.

"Ah, you're going to clean that and after that you have to move all this papers to the storage room. Get it?" She said and smiled again.

"Eh? What about you?"

"I'll go get my coffeeeeee!!" She said and turned her back.

"This btch." I whispered.

Everything gets better as everyone is working together. I love it when I saw them taking their own responsibilities at cleaning and preparing for the upcoming event. But there's someone I didn't love to see. I want her to out of my sight.

She enjoys drinking her coffee so much that she get three of it in just one hour. And never asked me if I want it too.

I stand up and look at her madly. She stops taking sips of her coffee and start asking me if I want something.

"Yes, I want something." I said.

"What is it?"

"Get me some coffee. Iced americano."

"Eh?"

"'Eh?' Are you going to complain?"

"No. Haha" She said nervously and run for her life to get me some coffee.

6:43PM ALMOST OFF WORK TIME

I was sitting at the couch, we're still at the building to take some rest before going home. I was currently drinking my coffee when Jiji approach me and sit besides me.

She sighed. "This day is so tiring." She said.

I gave her a look while she's taking a sip of her coffee too. "Why? What?" She asked. I rolled my eyes.

"Tiring? Are you exhausted?"

"Yes. Of course."

"Oh, I didn't know that drinking coffee while chilling was kind of exhausting work to do in your life."

"But I ran all day just to follow all your orders to me. It's already tiring."

"Oh you ran all day?"

"Yes."

"Why don't you start running for your life now?"

"Yeah. Yeah." She nervously said.
