DARK FOREST
Lifeless, cold, gloomy, and scary,
That's how they describe a dark forest,
Where no one dares to live.
It seems like emptiness is scattered in the place,
Smoky fog touching your skin,
While hearing an earsplitting silence .
Everyone is fearful to wander,
To go deep inside and find something enigmatic,
Thorns wrap around, waiting to tear you.
Somehow, they perceived it as dead,
What's inside is lifeless,
the heart and soul of the forest.
No one fills the void,
Its voice screams for remedy,
Crawling to seek hands.
As time passes by,
Darkness became a companion,
My companion, bringing me back alive.
