ONE CHANCE

Both of us were strangers,
Finding answers from this maze,
As our path greets like a fast rover,
Never knew when will make it last.

It's easy to say you are just like the others,
An opposite to I want you to know more,
This feels like a deja vu rather,
Nonsense words that would sound incredible just like before.

Those phoenix eyes that speak so poetic,
Sick through that space we shared,
Riddles, pens, papers sparks magnetic,
Got this unexplained heartbeat flared.

Fighting the urge to get you out of my way,
To stop everything before it's too late,
But I found my soul asking you to stay,
Just one chance, and I will write our fate.
