Izuku's eyes widened in horror as he beheld Twice's lifeless, mutilated corpse sprawled on the cold floor of the cell. The sight sent a wave of nausea crashing over him, and he couldn't hold back the gut-wrenching urge to vomit. What little food he had managed to consume came rushing back up, adding to the wretched scene before him.

"N-No... Twice...," Izuku choked out, his voice trembling with anguish. "Why... why did this happen? I-I couldn't save him!"

Shigaraki stood at the cell's entrance, a malevolent grin etched across his face, relishing the agony he had inflicted on his captive. "Looks like your little friend couldn't handle the heat. Guess you're stuck with his corpse now," he taunted, his voice dripping with sadistic delight.

Izuku's heart pounded in his chest, and his body shook uncontrollably. The image of Twice's final moments replayed in his mind like a haunting nightmare. He saw the fear in Twice's eyes, the desperate struggle to reach out to him for help, only to be met with a cruel and vicious end.

"I... I couldn't do anything," Izuku stammered, his voice breaking with raw emotion. "He reached out to me, and I just... I couldn't save him. I'm supposed to be a hero, but I'm helpless. I'm just a worthless, powerless failure."

Shigaraki's laughter echoed through the cell like a mocking chorus. "Exactly, you pathetic little hero. You're nothing but a pawn in this game. And now, you'll have to live with the burden of your friend's death, knowing you couldn't do a damn thing to save him."

Tears streamed down Izuku's cheeks as the weight of his helplessness and grief crashed over him like a tidal wave. The trauma of witnessing Twice's brutal demise left him shattered, his mind a whirlwind of guilt and despair.

The cell felt like a prison of horrors, with Twice's lifeless body as a constant reminder of Izuku's failure. He was trapped in this nightmarish realm, forced to confront the horrifying truth that his friends were paying the price for his own dreams.

"Please... let me go... I-I don't want to be here anymore," Izuku pleaded, his voice trembling with desperation. "I can't take it... I can't bear this pain... please..."

But Shigaraki's sadistic grin only widened. "Give up, hero. Your friends won't save you, and there's no escape from this hell. You're ours to torment, to break. And you'll never see the light of day again."

Izuku's heart sank as the reality of his situation settled in. He felt like a prisoner in his own mind, haunted by the ghost of his friend's death and tormented by the cruel fate that awaited him.
