Izuku's eyes fluttered open, and he found himself in a sterile, unfamiliar hospital room. Panic coursed through his veins as his surroundings felt alien and disorienting. He tried to sit up, but a sharp pain in his side made him wince, and he groaned in discomfort.

"No, no, no," Izuku muttered, his heart pounding. "This can't be real. I have to get out of here."

His mind raced with fear and confusion, and he couldn't understand why he was in a hospital. The memories of his captivity flooded back, and he felt a wave of anxiety wash over him.

Just as his panic threatened to consume him, the door to the room opened, and Aizawa rushed in. His eyes widened at the sight of his distressed student.

"Izuku, calm down," Aizawa said urgently, moving closer to his side. "You're safe now. You're in a hospital, and you're going to be okay."

Izuku's breathing was rapid, and his hands shook as he clutched the sheets. "I-I don't understand," he stammered, his voice trembling. "Where am I? What happened?"

Aizawa's voice was gentle but firm as he tried to ground Izuku back to reality. "You were captured by the League of Villains, but we rescued you. You're safe now, but you need to stay calm. Your injuries are severe, and you're in the hospital to recover."

Izuku's eyes darted around the room, trying to process the information. He finally noticed the bandages and medical equipment, and the pain in his side intensified. Tears welled up in his eyes, and he began to tremble uncontrollably.

"It hurts," he whispered, his voice cracking. "Everything hurts, and I don't know what's happening."

Aizawa gently took hold of Izuku's hand, trying to offer him some comfort. "I know it hurts, but you're going to be okay," he assured. "You're safe now, and we'll take care of you."

As Aizawa's words sank in, Izuku started to feel the weight of the pain, both physical and emotional. He had pushed himself to the limits during his captivity, and now, in the safety of the hospital, he finally allowed himself to acknowledge the depth of his suffering.

He clung to Aizawa's hand, his grip tight and desperate. "I-I thought I was never going to get out of there," he confessed, tears streaming down his cheeks. "I wanted to give up. I wanted it all to end."

Aizawa's heart ached as he saw the pain in Izuku's eyes. "I know, but you're here now," he said, his voice filled with compassion. "You're not alone anymore, and we're going to help you heal."

Izuku took a deep breath, trying to steady himself. Aizawa's presence provided a sense of security, grounding him back to the present.

The doctor entered the room, a friendly smile on their face, but to Izuku, they appeared as a menacing figure. His heart raced, and his breath quickened as the memories of his captivity resurfaced, overwhelming him once more.

Aizawa noticed the change in Izuku's demeanor and tried to intervene. "Izuku, it's okay. The doctor is here to help," he said soothingly, but his words seemed distant to Izuku as he was dragged back into the haunting memories.

In his mind, he found himself back in that dark cell, the smell of decay and despair overwhelming him. He looked into Twice's lifeless eyes, feeling the weight of guilt and sorrow. The image was etched into his mind, and he couldn't escape it.

"No... no, please," Izuku whispered, his voice trembling as he zoned out, losing any awareness of his surroundings. He was trapped in the memories, unable to pull himself back into the present.

Aizawa's heart sank as he realized that Izuku was slipping further into his traumatic memories. He tried to reach out, to anchor him back to reality, but his efforts seemed futile.

"Izuku, listen to me. You're safe. You're not in that cell anymore. You're in the hospital, and you're going to be okay," Aizawa said desperately, but Izuku was lost in his own mind, unable to hear him.

The doctor's concerned expression deepened as they noticed Izuku's distress. "I think it's best if we give him some space," they suggested softly to Aizawa.

Aizawa nodded, his heart heavy with worry. He stepped back, giving Izuku the space he needed, but he stayed close, never taking his eyes off his student.

Izuku's mind was a whirlwind of emotions, memories of his ordeal crashing over him like a tidal wave. He felt the weight of his trauma pressing down on him, suffocating him in darkness.

As the minutes ticked by, Aizawa could only watch, feeling powerless to help his student. He knew that Izuku's healing would be a long and difficult journey, but he was determined to support him through every step.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity, Izuku's trance-like state began to fade, and he slowly returned to the present. His breathing was still shaky, but his eyes were no longer clouded by the traumatic memories.

Aizawa approached him again, his voice gentle and reassuring. "You're back, Izuku. You're safe," he said softly, hoping to ground him in the reality of the hospital room.

Izuku looked up at Aizawa, his eyes filled with a mix of fear and vulnerability. "I... I can't forget. It's all still there," he whispered.
