Obsessed (Tariq x cane)

Third Person Pov 

Cane and tariq after their first date decided to keep things on the low for a little bit not wanting everyone's input ruining things while it was still fresh. the only person who knew was brayden who shipped them hard and wouldn't let tariq get over all the times before when he said he hated cane and would threaten to hurt him when he brought up how the two had a whole lot sexual tension. It wasn't until after two months of dating they decided to go public. 

Dru wasn't really surprised and neither was diana due to how obsessed cane seemed to be beforehand. Monet on the other hand was a little shocked and in the middle about the whole thing not wanting the two's relationship to effect business in anyway. She however got a change of heart when she saw how happy her son was. Tariq took off his mask as cane pulled up outside of a lake. "I bet i got more bodies than you" Tariq says. 

"Word? How many you get?" cane asks. "Seven" tariq says and cane smirks. "I got nine" Cane says and tariq rolled his eyes. "It's only two more so it's not a big deal" tariq says. "Not you switching up cause you lost" Cane says before kissing tariq's cheek. "Ain't nobody switching up" Tariq says earning a glare. "Uh huh sure" Cane says looking out at the water seeing the moon's reflection in the water like something out of a movie. 

Tariq smiled he liked seeing cane relaxed something he rarely was. Cane had been working on his anger issues so he could be a better person for himself and for tariq. Tariq liked that cane was willing to change so things would continue to go smoothly later down the road. They had really come a long way in their relationship and they were beginning to fall for each other and cane realized it's possible he always liked tariq even though he tried to deny it. 

They were happy that things went the way they did though and that they were brought together.
